Superior service, fantastic customer service! What more can I say. Danny and his associates are the best I have ever experienced in my 50 plus years of driving and owning cars. Their pricing commensurate with the quality of the work (2nd to none). Whether you vehicle is old (mine in a 1985 Cadillac Eldorado) or newer such as my daughters 2003 Tahoe, they know what is needed and how to do it. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

I took my 2008 Pontiac Solstice to Luxury Legends for a pre-purchase inspection and to bring the car back to good working condition after purchase. I was told the car was a good find, just needed fluids replaced and brakes and a few parts and a couple of tires. Great news! When I initially took ownership of the car, it was riding a little loose and pulled a bit to the right, engine sounded rough, and .. it looked like a 2008. When I got it back, it looked brand new and sounded awesome. It has it's mojo back now. It sticks to the road and has power under the hood. I was super impressed by the work they did. They even shopped around for the parts that were needed to get good prices. Very nice guys in the shop. I'm taking all my vehicles there from now on. Great work for a very fair price.

I own a 2007 Cadillac XLR. Little did I know, XLRs should NOT be taken to a Cadillac dealership for service, unless they have a CERTIFIED "XLR" TECH on site (they have completed specialized training for the care & feeding of the XLR). The absolute best experience my family has ever had with a mechanical shop! We have had BMW's for the past 10 years and after a first and last terrible experience with the dealer we got lucky enough to find Babbit. Usually price and quality dictate my choice in auto repair but I can honestly say that Babbit's customer service makes it all worth it. No matter whom you speak to you can be assured to get a friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly honest answer. Just got a brake flush today at which time they changed my wife's brake light for free, topped her oil for free and finished the job all in 20 minutes!
I always get a second quote on any and all service on our vehicles because I'm CHEAP but Babbit never is beat on price. Frankly they are never beat on any facet of business. BMW certified mechanics and a family business that keeps us coming back! Thanks Babbit

A big thank you to Jen, Kameron, Zac and Dre for providing me with excellent and honest service. My 2008 BMW 535i had an engine oil leak which needed to be addressed immediately. Jen scheduled me to come in same day and my car was repaired and returned on time 1.5 days later. They even identified a way to repair vs replace my oil cooler which saved me close to $700.00. Highly impressed with this team and would not hesitate to refer my family, friends, and colleagues to any one of their three locations.

5 stars! I came in because I thought I was due for an oil change. Turns out I have 6k miles left before I need the service! They pointed that out and showed me a few other cool features on the car I didn't know about. I had another warning light and they asked questions, checked it out and fixed it for no charge! What?!? They were very honest and I felt very comfortable and confident in their service abilities. Don't go anywhere else!!!!

I got an alignment at the Tempe location on Scottsdale Road and the mechanic exited my vehicle and handed me my keys with greasy hands and clothes. My seats were not covered with the normal plastic cover or the floor covered with the standard paper. I got in my car and noticed there was what appeared like a large dirt ring on my passenger seat where something was obviously placed and at the time I wasn't sure if I saw scuff. As I drove off I noticed the steering wheel was a little off to the left. Upon returning they were open to driving and making sure it was correct. I have no gripes out their friendliness, customer service or repairs in that regard.
When receiving my car the second time I noticed there was a screw driver sitting in my passenger seat I realized there were thin scratches on my bolster which were not there and all I could think about was that screw driver. Further into the drive I looked at my steering wheel and noticed that it was scratched and chipped as well, being meticulous about my car I know these damages weren't there before. I am left with 3-4 scratches in my bolster ($30-$100 depending on the service), the steering wheel damage ($107.00 plus shipping) and would love to complain but am afraid my car would be damaged more in the process of them fixing it. It is the small things you do to make sure you customer's car is taken car of that complete the experience and my experience has left me holding a bill for repairs that could have been avoided with some care and the right precautions.

Still the best. Just went back again for some lights that went out and an electrical check-up. They replaced all my lights and only charged minimal labor. Washed and detailed my car before i got it back. These guys are still the best. Consistent customer service and fair prices. Still highly recommend going here.

Came in for a brake light fix, which was done cost effectively and fast. They also did a one over on my car and noticed a potential bigger problem, which will need to be monitored over the next couple of months and they were able to give me an estimate for that repair which is much appreciated!

When it comes to honesty, integrity, and overall knowledge, Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place to go for your BMW servicing needs. Jen and Nathan are amazing and always look out for your best interest. Unless your decision is purely based on the need of a loaner car I would highly recommend staying away from the dealer and giving Babbitt Motor Werks a try. You won't be disappointed.

I love this shop! Love it! I discovered them years ago when I got a quote from BMW of North Scottsdale and wanted a second quote. Babbit's price fr the same work was literally half that of the dealership! Babbit saved me $900! Great service, bargain prices for this part of the country. Don't be a dummy by going to a dealership for repairs or service. This week I brought a used BMW to Babbit to have them provide a objective evaluation of it. I am so glad I did. The Carfax reports of the car not been no accident but they found evidence the digit been into accidents. They found all sorts of issues in the car I'm so glad I brought it there it was well worth the hundred dollars they charge for the service. Had I not brought it to them I would've been stuck with at least $4000 worth of repair bills for the car. Thanks Cameron! I love you, man!

Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I take my BMWs. The owners, Nathan and Jen, are smart, hard-working people who take great care of me and my cars. They are very competent, providing the best parts and service while always trying to accommodate my schedule by giving me a ride or arranging for a rental.
Is give Babbitt Motor Werks 6 stars if I could and I refer all my friends to them as well.

The owners were very friendly and trustworthy. Unfortunately, they couldn't figure out an issue I was having with my car, and I ended up spending close to a $1000 on services that may not have been needed. I finally went to another mechanic, who was able to diagnose the problem within 30 seconds of me explaining it. It was a $40 fix. It seems like it was an issue of Babbitt not having the equipment to be able to diagnose and reset my check engine light correctly. I don't believe that they were trying to fleece me, but regardless I will not be going back.

I have had a brake fluid service and oil service here and the service is top notch. Both times I made an appointment and my car was taken immediately back and the work was completed within an hour. They offer a complimentary hand wash with service but it takes and additional 20-30 minutes. Pricing is very competitive compared to dealer service and only a few dollars more than Jiffy Lube for the oil change. They share the location with Beemer Haus so look for their signage.

I had done a wheel alignment work on my 98' bmw a few years ago at the Tempe location and was impressed with the result. So when there was a coolant and power steering leak half a year ago, I had to go with Babbitt again in Scottsdale. Just in the past month, when I needed to replace all four shocks, Babbitt was the one to go again. When you have the owner personally takes care of your car, you know the result will be excellent. The quality is excellent and service is fast. The location is convenient. The price is just right. What more can you ask when it comes to car repair!

I have been very impressed with Babbitt Motor Werks. I have a 2012 BMW 3 series and I also have a BMW 2002 540i. I've taken both cars to the Scottsdale shop and to the Tempe shop off Kyrene for routine maintenance (oil changes, etc) and for some more detailed work on my engine. Both shops have been great. The service manager, Brad, at the Tempe shop is especially fantastic. He is pleasant and professional and gave me realistic pricing and repair time/scheduling options. I've compared the prices I was quoted from Babbitt Motor Werks to local BMW dealership prices and have found Babbitts to have the best prices and turnaround times. I will continue taking my cars to them and highly recommend them to everyone else, too!

I live 300 miles from Legends Luxury Auto Repair and try to coordinate any work done on my 2000 Corvette with a trip to the valley. I trust Danny to be fair, professional, and thorough. I have been able to call him with problems from remote locations and know he will give me accurate advice and guidance. I prefer Legends over the dealer 45 miles away.

Heard about Legends from a friend. My Buick Regal had an annoying noise when shifting into drive. The owner took a test drive with me to investigate the problem. Loose engine mounts was the cause of the problem. Problem was completely resolved. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Legends Luxury Auto Repair.

Legends is a great service facility. When I first took my Vette there Danny changed all the fluids, did a safety check, changed the fule filter, changed window sweeps for me and made sure all my questions were answered. I called him two years later (typical Vette, low miles doesn't get driven much) about a fluid level. He remebered the car asked about it and spent 10 minutes with me on the phone. Danny is a solid guy and you can trust his judgement, I highly recommend his facility.
