My ac quit July 4th weekend and they got me in on Sat am. They fixed my ac and were honest with the estimate. I have taken my car in a few times for routine maintenance and I am always very happy with the work done on my car. They have the best customer service and Patrick treats you like family.

Went here for some engine work and the mechanic who worked on my car broke the inside window roller-upper (what is that thing called?!). The father-owner of the shop was a great guy. His son, however, is a raving a**hole. He denied his mechanic broke my window thing and then he said he'd fix it himself after stomping around like an elephant for a while. He then disappeared in the shop with my car and long story short, my car started to have transmission problems shortly thereafter. There is no doubt in my mind that this person purposely did something damaging to my car because his behavior in the shop was really off the wall. He insults customers and doesn't seem interested in repeat business. It is too bad because the location is good (close to the intersection of Cortez/US41 by Lowe's) but the guy is a lunatic. It is too bad the dad was retiring. That guy knew how to do business and treat a customer.

Sparks has been taking care of all of my vehicles since 1986 and will be doing so for as long as I own a car. They are dependable,reliable,trustworthy and they are very competitive with pricing. They use the best quality parts and if a recommendation is made, they take the time to justify it..They are very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and considerate. I have been stranded more than once and they have always been very helpful and has come to my rescue! They honor all service, parts, repairs and warranties. Unlike dealerships,they don't keep you waiting and they are done in a timely manner. They are warm and friendly and I know that I'm in good hands and not being taken advantage of.

What can you say after you say "Top notch A One service". We have been taking our trucks to Sparks for several years. We wouldn't even consider another auto repair business. Efficient, honest, reasonable prices and a promise they will do it right or make it right ( although they never have to with us). Pat and his employees are so pleasant and informative. They will update as they work on your car if you stay there while they do the work. One of our trucks is used for business and we can always get service quickly. When Tom has taken the truck in for emergency repairs late in the day and the repairs cannot be finished until the next morning Pat has even driven him home. How great is that for service. I recommend this business very highly and do so often to my customers.

Sparks is an excellent place to take your vehicle with any problems. They are always prompt with doing the necessary work and contacting me before beginning the work with the problems the vehicle has along with approximate cost to repair my vehicle. Work is completed on time and they always explain in person the exact problem(s) they had. Whenever my vehicle is returned to me, what I especially like is there has never been any evidence of work having been done. No dirt or grease on/around the hood, fender area. No mess in the interior and especially the fact that the drivers seat is always in the same location as when I dropped it off. I highly recommend Sparks Computerized Car care to anyone with problems with their vehicle. In today's competitive world, it brings me complete peace of mind knowing I can trust Sparks with my vehicle (along with my wallet).
