When purchasing a truck we asked if it had been in any accidents, we were told a resounding No and shown a clean carfax report. After paint was flaking off we took it to a body shop and found the entire panel had been replaced (poorly without proper prep work). When I called to complain I was told everything they sell had been in an accident and we should have figured it out because the place is "basically a junk yard" and we should have seen all the neighboring body shops. When I looked a BBB, there was an almost exact complaint as ours.

Wow these guys did an amazing job. They got my sister's Ford Explorer done in 4 days as promised just in time for her birthday. they guys went above and beyond with communication and performance. I will start bringing all my cars to them now and I would recommend them to anyone.
