Owner painted a dash for me and attempted to fix a chipped part in the dash. I paid an extra $50 to have the dash fixed. One of the employees assured me that if the dash didn't look good after the repair then he knew the owner wouldn't charge me the $50 extra for the repair. Unfortunately, the repair looked worse than the original damage. I questioned the owner about this and he blew up on me as a result. The owner was going to refund me in a very unprofessional manner, but i decided to let the owner have his money after being in an argument with him. I'm sure his body work is okay, but he needs to work on his customer service even if the customer isn't happy.
