Great work and service from Roy's Westside Auto Body! After I hit a deer in the middle of a cross-country drive, my car was towed to Roy's as a preferred partner of my insurance company, while I flew on to California. The repairs took a little while due to the wait time for Audi parts, but Roy's team did an outstanding job and Roy kept me updated throughout the process. I was in a tough spot, and greatly appreciated the care, professionalism and quality work I received from Roy's Westside Auto Body. Thanks for everything!

Took our car to Roy's after we slid off an icy road and ran into a reflector pole. It bent the passenger quarter panel so the passenger door couldn't open properly. We just wanted it fixed so the door was operational since our car isn't that nice. The team at Roy's bent the quarter panel out so the door worked and they didn't even charge us anything for the visit! Very professional and nice looking shop as well. We will definitely be back if slide off the road again.

I can't say enough good things about the whole team at Roy's. We were on vacation when the lift gate of our minivan stopped working and would not latch. I just needed it to latch so we could get back home to Chicago; the whole team at Roy's pitched in to figure out a solution to get us on the road quickly. They were all helpful and friendly and got the job done quickly. They did not even charge us since they said it was not really fixed but would get us home. I'm so grateful to them.

Took over a month and a half for a 3 week repair, then returned my car with two different colored mirrors, broken windshield trim, and a broken door trim piece. Go somewhere else if you can, these guys pick and choose who they give good service too.
