Awesome service. I was towed into the Ford dealer for a repair, but they couldn't look at it for several days. Parks said they could look at it , and diagnose what's wrong quickly, but no promises on repair ( until they knew what was wrong) . Well , in short order they had the diagnosis , parts on the way. They couldn't finish up the same day, as they had to wait for parts.. The owner even drove me to a town 22 miles away for a hotel room ( did I mention it was county fair weekend, and he agreed to finish up Saturday morning , a day they are normally closed, and the day he was in the parade ) awesome ness all the way around..
