Excellent

These guys were by far the kindest and most helpful automotive repair shop I've been to. They make you feel right at home while waiting and they'll even crack a joke to make you laugh. Oh, and don't forget the FREE estimate is always a plus. I will definitely do business there again.

ROBINSON ALIGNMENT IS THE BEST SHOP AROUND. KIM AND HIS GANG ARE THE MOST HONEST PEOPLE I'VE BEEN TO. IF YOUR CAR NEEDS PARTS HE'LL TELL YOU BUT, THEIR NOT OUT TO GET ALL THAT THEY CAN OUT OF YOU. I took my vehicle to get aligned. Their customer service was disappointing. I felt unwelcome walking in being greeted "what is it." I don't believe that is the way a paying costumer should be treated. I then gave them name so he could look up my appointment, he rudely said I don't need your name what vehicle do you drive. I believe this could be a very nice place to get alignments if the costumer service was not so poor.
