I went into Millevoi's for the first time yesterday, and was delighted by the service and results. I went in because my check engine light was on, and decided to add on an oil change. As I was leaving the owner caught up to me to warn me that my inspection had expired, and asked if I would like that done. Why, yes I would!
I got a call within 1-2 hours letting me know the extent of work that needed to be done. It was a lot of work, and my quote was $880. Kevin went through every recommended service, and gave advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I gave Kevin multiple opportunities to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about car services, and he really seemed to want to help me get the most services for the least cost. He even volunteered the information that I could access a AAA discount that took $50 off the price.
I picked up my car by the end of the day, and was delighted to find that they did a thorough cleaning of the interior (and it seemed the exterior too!). I wasn't expecting that, I've never gotten my car back from a shop to find it cleaner than I left it!
When I arrived home my boyfriend and I went through the receipt line by line, and he assured me that I was given fair pricing (even more than fair). I trust his judgment, and was glad (he normally reams me out for getting taken!)
All the parts came with a warranty. The work was just done, so I can't speak to how longlasting it will be, but I could feel an instant improvement in the way the car drove, and I walked away with a genuine sense of concern from the staff. I am positive that they would treat any concerns patiently and professionally!
Bottom line, I HIGHLY recommend Millevoi's to anyone looking for a quality, professional, affordable local mechanic!

Why I never used this establisment for car repair I can't, I used this location to rent a budget truck. I was moving this weekend and reserved a 17 foot budget truck from this location to be picked up at 9 AM. My husband and I are on our way and at 8:50 AM a worker from Millevoi called me and simply said 'ah yeah we don't have your truck. We might have it by noon or we might not'. He was so rude, not apologetic at all, a straight up jitbag. I'm not trying to write a model but if I were her I would go on about more rude things he said! It was an absolute nightmare for me cause I had a whole house packed and another mouse waiting to be moved into and this was an absolute mess but thank God for U-Haul fir coming through with an even bigger truck at an even laser amount. Eff you Millevoi!!!

An owner of this business has privately and angrily replied to my initial review using a pseudonym of his, which he has also used to post one 5-star review of his own shop, and a second 5-star "update"! How shall we judge this response and level of honesty? Does this add any insight as to what customer relations might be like, based on these actions and the attitude regarding any dissatisfaction? (Certainly not always professional in every way, and not entirely successful in addressing shortcomings with productive dialog or actions.)
I fully understand that there is hurt pride and definite upset about the negative aspects of the review. Honesty and criticism can be tough, but a 3-star review is not really so terrible. Also, feedback of this nature is not the kind of thing one would deliver face-to-face if one would like service to get better, and not worse...
In addition: They have broken things while making what was supposed to be a huge replacement of a fundamental and cosmetic nature; left the interior filthy and even damaged in some spots, and there's an audible shaking/vibration that never existed before. They have failed to repair a problem on the first attempt and made up excuses for the repeated issues (as if it's just that I don't understand why it's still broken because I'm not in automotive repair and don't know how rotors/calipers work). They have charged for fixing the same problem on two different occasions - and were told this in person, and in writing - and it's still not been corrected to this day. My first review could have been FAR WORSE, and maybe it should have been.
And, isn't it funny how many of the Yelp 5-star reviews (both published and Not Recommended, AND on Google reviews) mention a "2004 Volvo XC-70"? Two different 5-star reviews - one from the pseudonym account the owner used to message me, and a different alias - were posted on the same day, with Bensalem locations. One from the psuedo account mentions a "clean waiting room", another from Richboro (with the same ident. as the owner) mentions a "clean shop", another from Richboro reads like a commercial - again, 5 stars. Lotsa KJM tootin' his own horn, methinks. Also, one of them directly defends Joe and mentions the "2004 Volvo XC-70" at the same time! Some of this behavior goes directly against Yelp guidelines for business owners.

I have taken my car here a few times in the past. Today was for a nail in my tire. Was in & out before I could even finish my complimentary cup of coffee. Good job & inexpensive.

I took my car in here for inspection. I was called about an hour later saying it needed 4 new tires, front and rear brakes, and a battery. The price I was quoted seemed very high. I called around to two chains and the estimate they gave over the phone was the same and over $200 cheaper.

I have been using this mechanic for years and I am less and less happy with them. In fact, I outright don't trust them anymore. EVERY time I take a car there for a checkup or something small it seems to cost me an extra $300 - $1000 for something additional they find. They recently had me replace a $700 part that I've since learned was completely unnecessary. They seem like nice guys but I believe they take advantage and over charge.

This place is absolutely awful. I bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation and made an appointment for 9:30AM. When I arrived at the shop at 9:15, there were several other people in line, which is fine. However, when the incredibly large slob of a man asked me "what I needed", I told him I had an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change. I asked him how long it would take and he said, "I have no idea, you might want to come back later." Really? Why bother making an appointment? Groupon was kind enough to refund my money because I wouldn't even feel comfortable having my car worked on by anyone at this dump.

I bought a Groupon for Millevoi's that seemed like a great deal. I took my car in to get an oil and filter change and my tires rotated. When I arrived to get my car, it was obvious they had not rotated my tires and when asked about it, they went on to tell me that on my front wheel drive car that my front tires were better than my my back. The "mechanic" came out and said "I just thought you'd prefer to have your best tires on the front but it'll take me 5 minutes if you want me to rotate them" all in "you must be an idiot" tone. I kept looking at the tires thinking I must be crazy. I ended up leaving and never went back. 3 days later, I took my car in to be inspected somewhere else and they said the car was fine except I SHOULD REALLY GET MY TIRES ROTATED. Grrrrr. Oh, and Millevoi's also tried to sell me a $140 battery b/c is was about to die. That was a lie, too. These people are either terrible mechanics are just real jerks. I will never go back. Even for the remainder of paid for service.

Went there looking for a patch, and ended up having a dry rotted tire. They couldn't personally fix it, but wow did they help me!! The team at Millevoi's pumped up my tire for free, and even suggested where I should go.. Good crew, GREAT service! Will suggest to everyone I know from here on out

I have been using Millevoi's Tire & Service Center for all of my auto repair needs on my last three cars and two SUVs (a total of more than 20 service visits over the course of 7+ years). I also did business with Kevin's father at the old Millevoi's location on Knights Rd. for several years. In all of that time, I have never had a bad experience, and the folks at Millevoi's have probably saved me costly repairs with some of the things that hey spotted during my service visits. They have worked on my Nissan Murano, Volvo XC70 and Mazda CX-9 over the last few years, and most recently performed service on my wife's Subaru Impreza .... all done very satisfactorily! On one recent occasion, Millevoi's discovered a potentially-hazardous situation on my Volvo XC70 that the Volvo dealer had completely missed. This was a case of very poor front end alignment that had caused my front tires to wear VERY unevenly, exposing the cord beneath the tire's tread area. Thankfully, this was caught when it was, because I was leaving on a 900-mile trip a couple of days later, and driving on those tires could have proven to be very dangerous, at the very least. I will continue using Millevoi's for all of my service needs, no matter what make and model vehicle I am driving!

Went to get inspected , was told by another dealer that the car would pass and didn't need anything, They took the time to show me how my brake linings were next to failing and rocker arms were loose. Now the car drives like it's brand new . Would highly recommend
