I took my 530i there and was very impressed. They diagnosed the problem and worked with me to understand what needed to be done. They were very reasonable in price and even got the parts in that day. I will be going back for all of my bimmer needs.

I found my new go-to shop! My rear window regulator went out and The window was stuck open...while it was raining outside. Chris was able to get me in and out in less than an hour and was so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything before completing the work. These are guys are awesome! They really know their stuff when it comes to BMWs, and it's such a relief to have experts working on your car at a fair price. Chris worked on my 2009 3-series recently and told me upfront what would need to get done and how much it was going to cost. Then he gave me all kinds of pointers and answered all my questions about how to ensure my vehicle stays well maintained. Excellent repair work, and quality customer service at a fair price!

Amy, Chris, Robert, and Freddy all were so great. I'm in town from Austin and needed to get my oil changed and tires rotated... On my Toyota Camry! I called them without knowing that they are a bmw shop and all though they surely thought I was nuts at first, they quoted me very cheap price and said they'd take care of it and get the part needed to do the work. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and fast. Amy talked with me while my car was being taken care of and was so nice, even holding and playing with my 6 month old son.

I had just driven from Seattle to Dallas and my 528Xi was not starting. I first stopped by BMW of Dallas they could not help me immediately. Also the service rep was rude and did not care to help me. Finally, i called Bimmers Only and they were more then happy to help me. I went to the place and Pedro helped me Jump start the car with no issues. I was exhausted after driving a 26ft. truck with a Car trailer attached along with a dog and their help was very timely. Bimmers only has my business now and for as long as i live in Dallas with my BMW. Thank you Pedro for helping me out.

Took my E93 bmw to Freddy Torres and he did wonders. After being ripped off by classic bmw for years saying that one issue lead to fix others I was fed up. Heard about Bimmers Only from the BMW enthusiasts forum and they not only fixed my car fast but it was a fraction of the cost. Freddy was thorough when explaining the repairs needed and did not push anything on me. If you have a BMW in the DFW metroplex, don't look further cause Bimmers Only is the only shop you will need.
