great service

I had my air conditioner in my car fixed at Imperial and they did a great job. They fixed my ac quickly and right without charging me a whole lot of money.

This is the only place my husband and I go since three years ago. Their owner mr huang is very nice. And students always get special discount. Their service is very good too, as they use good quality parts. Now they have new owners, but still continue the old style of goodness. A very reliable auto repair place to go!

Took my car here to get my cv axle replaced. It was a relatively cheap compared to NTB. Imperial total charge was around $160 while NTB charges at least $500 and that is without labor cost. The mechanic drive the car in the parking lot and knew exactly whatvwas wrong with it. And to my suprise they even had another mechanic to check it the 2nd time around to confirm that it was the problem. Car was in and out. They did such a great job I came back and got my suspension replaced. Jack and Mr. Huang are nice, helpful and very friendly people. Car drives like a charm now.

The staff there is very nice and helpful. My car's front bumper drops, I never ask them to fix it. They helped to push it back for free.

This is a great place to send your car in, if you care about quality parts and reliable services. I've known the owner for years and really appreciate what they have been doing. Last week, I sent my car in to have the timing belt replaced, the owner gave me a ride home and picked me up afterward, you could not find a more honest place elsewhere.
