This is the worst place you could ever buy tota note that I've bought in my life the Mexican that runs the place is the most rudest person I've ever dealt with I was going to be one day late on my payment so I tried to call to get ahold of someone in the office and it will lead you to the shop and you can leave messages for 5 different people but not the front

These guys did a great job on the project that I brought them. From a skill stand point, they were able to take a bashed up Mercedes C250 and make it look like nothing had happened to it. I am grateful for the attention to detail that they provided, which saved me a trip to the metroplex to have a dealership work on this. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks guys

The folks at Drivers Choice were incredibly helpful after our wreck. They kept us in the loop about what was going on with the repair and even accepted help in locating a very difficult part to find. Even though the delays in the repair were no fault of their own, they offered a free detailing when we want it done. The work is fantastic. If you didn't know, you'd never be able to tell that our SUV was rear ended at all.

Bought a Tahoe feom these guys two weeks ago. Was told that there was a small problem with the torque converter that would need to be fixed eventually... Fine. Asked if there was anything else about the vehicle i would need to know, they told me everything else was in fine working order. Today, on the way home from work, my brake pedal hit the floor and i could barely stop. I nearly died. If a problem with the brakes was that severe, they had to have known about it and chose not to tell me. Dont ever do business with these people! I never will again!

In November 2015 I purchased a 2004 Kia Sorento from this dealership. I was told it was in good condition and had never been in an accident. This was a lie. Within a few days after purchase, the airbag light came on. I was told it wasn't a big deal. This was a lie. I took the vehicle to Kia and was told the airbag is defective. At the same time the tires started to go bad rather quickly and the car was pulling to the left. I took it in for an alignment. That worked for about 2 weeks. Again tires started to wear on the inside. Come to find out it needed new tire rods and struts. Fixed that and still had issues. Come to find out the axle was bent due to a previous accident. During all of this time, every time I put gas in the car it would spit back at me. Needed a new gas tank and cylinoid. Also the alternator and fuses ask went out and the power locks would go off at ransom. The light was constantly on saying the doors were open and they weren't. I replaced that sensor twice and was told it would never be fully repairable due to structural damage to the vehicle from a side impact collision. I finally got tired of all of the repairs and saved my money for a down payment on a new car.
Now Driver's Choice is trying to report a repossession when the reality is I got tired of expensive repairs and told them to come get the vehicle. They say they have a bank. Not true and if it is I'd like to know which one it is because every payment made was to them; not a finance company.

This place rips people off. They do sorry work and charge you for work they don't even do. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You want a good deal and good people that will work for you go to carmart right across the parkway. They won't take advantage of you.

To be completely honest after my past experiences with body shops when my car was hit I was scared to even start looking for a repair shop. It could not have been an easier process my car looks like nothing ever happened and they called a week after I got it back to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend this shop to anybody.
