I did not use the company my insurance wanted me to (I'm paying them after all!) and instead choose Henley's as they are one of the few in town that uses precision equipment to put your car back together.

Right after moving to College Station I was in a minor fender bender and needed to have repairs made to the body of my vehicle. When i started researching all of the local shops it seemed that none of them were recommended. I asked around and everyone told me to go to places out of town. It seemed as though there was no honest auto repairman in BCS. Then someone recommended Henley's. I found their customer service to impeccable and leaps and bounds better than the competition. Their prices were fair. The end product was phenomenal. You cannot tell I was in an accident. Henley's is by far your best bet in BCS!

Yes, you sent me a copy of the estimate. But only did so after I had to argue with Yvon for some time. She kept repeating "we don't want to get in the middle of this". I only asked for documentation of the estimate and a statement in regards to the many attempted contacts to Drews with no reply causing it to take a week. Originally it was even confirmed that phone number was the same I had and use. Now that statement changes to "it appears we may have had an incorrect phone number". Even during that week not one call was made to me to even notify me that there were failed attempts to contact Drews. This was all handled very inappropriately. I am now having to save money to take them to small claims court. Hopefully when the time comes Henley's will step up and testify to the facts and not worry so much about what Drew's will think.

They did a great job on my car and worked very well with my insurance company. Evon was great. Overall, very pleased with their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if the need arises. They take pride in their work and do a fantastic job.

I've used Henley's for years. They always do great timely work and stand by it. They go above and beyond what is expected of any body shop. Last time I sent my truck in, not only did they repair the damage but, they had washed and vacuumed it, and it looked like it did the day I bought it brand new. Never using anyone else!

Paint did not match after they finished. Apparently they only had two shades of silver, and they were not able to match the paint by blending it. This was obviously a lame excuse for cutting corners. They then suggested that I paid extra to have the rest of the car painted to match the repair. Take your car somewhere else if you value your paint job.

Henley's did a fantastic job repairing the hood and replacing the headlight on my suburban! The paint matched perfectly and came with lifetime warranty. I went in one day and was given an estimate on the work in a very timely manner. I later scheduled the repair and was extremely pleased with the whole process.

Amazing workmanship and excellent customer service. Great for European, Japanese, Korean or even American made cars. They stand behind their work, but the only thing is that they have so many cars to work on they may over look a few details. I had nearly $5,000 worth of damage from hitting a deer. Henley's worked very well with my insurance company, however they did forget to put on my hood insulator and my air intake. I suggest this shop but have a careful eye and go over EVERYTHING.
