Always have my car washed here...they are very reasonably priced for a hand wash. William does a great job even if you have to wait because he is busy!
My car has not needed service but when it does, I will definitely have the work done here based on what I have overheard while in the waiting area!!!

Indira is the front desk lady and she has thee worst customer service ever. She was not very helpful when I was asking questions about Auto Mufflers Auto repair sharing this same location.
Little did she know I'm Spanish and as soon as a Spanish speaking man walking in talking in Spanish ooo boy was her attitude changed. Indira was all smiles and standing up. Smh she is a poor example to have at the front of a business.

EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE. A PIECE OF THE GHETTO. Never take your quality Mercedes Benz there. If you are accustomed quality MB customer service you don't want to go here. It's trashy, dirty , and the workmanship is POOR. There are 500 broken down cars on the lot. A junk yard.

Hmm it all started with a service warning indicator and Recommendation from my friend a upset service advisor at American Service Center who told me a couple of his Conrad's who were Service Technicians started their own service center Minus The extra money Benz forces you to expel out your Pockets. Yared My new service Counselor no longer the Advisor because he explains the position and the reactions of each service he has to perform. William The Under Study who coordinates the repairs and Reiterates Yareds recommendations always make the process go smooth and you feel like you're at home. In a nutshell my whole fleet The E350 coupe, E550 wagon, S500 4matic and Porsche Cayenne S all run like new!
these Guys come highly recommended especially if you don't know cars and your trying to get more than the service you pay for. Theirs not no Foreign whip these guys can't fix

This place is very professional and these guys know their stuff. Always putting customer needs first. I had a s550 which needed warranty repair. Gary (awesome mechanic & Owner) is highly recommended. Anyway, Gary allowed my vehicle to stay until we got the warranty mess cleared. Gary repaired car and gave me great price on repairs the warranty company refuse to pay. FYI never use Direct Buy Warranty. 100% scam extended warranty service.

On Monday, October 5th we dropped our Lexus GS 400 off to receive an estimate and ultimately have service performed. We left a detailed list and 2 contact phone numbers. Over the past week and one-half we have called at least 3 times with no contact or return calls from Mr.Yared or anyone from Magic Benz. Today, Friday, October 23rd we went to the location and picked up our car. NOTHING WAS DONE!!! We didn't even receive an estimate of the work or associated cost. If this company does not want to work on vehicles other than Mercedes, they should not accept other peoples vehicles and hold customers up from the service they need to have performed. They were recommended by friends who have a Mercedes and were very happy with their work. When we returned to pick up our vehicle Mr. Yared was completely unconcerned about having done nothing after keeping it for almost 2 weeks. He attempted to suggest that we didn't want the work done??? Who would leave their vehicle that long without expecting work to be done or at least to be contact??

They take care of you. Period. S500 was gonna cost thousands of dollars but ended up costing 400 to fix and they go the extra mile and investigate things you don't even ask them to check proactively without charging analysis fees and bullshi like when you go to the con artist...Oops I mean DEALERSHIP. They also wash ur car when it's done like a dealership...taking my Range Rover there as well from now on

This by far is the best mechanic shop I've ever patronized. Mr.Yared and his staff are sent from God literally. You will not find a more genuine soul when it comes to mechanics . The staff is very professional and personable . Also , you will not find a better price in the area. If you drive a foreign car, you expect to spend more for repairs.However , I always feel as if Ive gotten dealership service for a more than fare price. If repairs are what you need, then Magic Benz is your place!! Tell them Bobby sent ya !
