I was referred by my mechanic to J&J.
It's just way beyond satisfaction, they are professional, efficient, and all with reasonable price and great service.
(I was paying cash to get a potential rubber seal leaking issue fix, along with couple exterior maintenance work.)

I worked with J & J Auto Body after my car was side swiped by another driver. They did a great job restoring my car to its previous cosmetic appearance and even buffed out a few old scratches. They were also nice enough to provide me with a small supply of touch up paint. They did all the communicating with the insurance company and I didn't have to handle any money myself. The car was finished ahead of schedule and they worked with me to allow me to pick it up at a time convenient for me.
I hope to not need their services again anytime soon but I will definitely work with them again if ever needed.

What can I say? They are great, after our car lost control due to hydroplaning and hit a light post on the freeway things were not looking good on the rear driver side quarter panel. After some research I found J&J on yelp and decided to have our car towed there, the insurance totaled the car, estimating repairs in the $3000+ range since we own the car free and clear we decided to settle and get it repaired ourselves.
I told J&J that our primary concern was making the car safe to drive over cosmetic repairs. We expected a few thousand to fix the suspension, but were pleasantly surprised to find repairs could be done for MUCH less. A week later the car was repaired and while it does have a noticeable dent it doesn't look bad at all and I am more then happy. The people there are pleasant and friendly, you feel they care and aren't there to squeeze every dollar from you. Heck they even offered to drive the car to the mechanic to do some brake maintenance.

I feel bad that I didn't write a review before. This is my second experience with this shop. The first time, I found the staff to be friendly and professional. They did a great job fixing my bumper and even left touch up paint for me. What I really appreciated was there service. They said they would have my car ready by a certain time and day and they did. I have had experiences, where the shop is non-responsive and does not keep their word. Not the case here.
This time, I am in a frustrating situation where my car was hit by a questionable person. The process has been frustrating to say the least. Connie and one other person (I think) has assisted me through this process and has went above and beyond. It's really alleviated some of the stress associated with this process.
If you want a place that is good at their craft, responsive, and simply goes above and beyond, I highly recommend this place!

Two thumbs up! Took a chance with a small (family owned) body shop that an Allstate collision estimator recommended. I would normally blow it off as a family member or friend trying to push a body shop for one reason or another. I didn't want to drive to Hinshaw Acura body shop in Auburn. For some reason, I decided to stop by and check some of the work in progress to get that warm and fuzzy feeling. Although I only got to see light work, I decided to go with them.
My wife's Acura 3.2 TL had front bumper, headlight replaced, fender rework and repaint under the inurance claim. Paid extra for non-insurance claim hood repaint as the clear coat was getting tired. I was totally impressed with there work, attention to detail, communication, and top notch customer service. The color match was excellent, gap alignment was good, and finish buff was excellent. Fixed some of other minor stuff while they were in there i.e. buffed unchanged head light lens, changed front turn light bulb to a correct color, and some incorrect fasteners as well.
You don't see too many businesses these days with same owners since the 70's! This is what America is about, successful family owned business thriving by providing quality work with excellent customer service. It's refreshing and makes me think about 40 years ago. One thing for sure, it's not a Wal-Mart type body shop!
The J&J customer service/estimator Travis was totally professional and performed some finishing work himself!
I know this review sounds little anal but I'm sure most of you reading this review are same... So, check them out.

J and j did a total rebuild on my cr-v back about 6 months ago. They were flexible with my schedule, found great deals on parts, worked efficiently and quickly and my car is still running great with no issues!

I busted my driver side mirror on my Toyota Camry and needed a replacement quickly. When I called J&J, they scheduled a time within the week and fixed it in a couple of hours. Practically effortless. Friendly folks.
