Wonderful service & integrity

This group of people won my loyalty when they assisted with the purchase of a new radiator. Now we take our cars for oil changes, tune ups, and other work. They have the best, detailed courtesy checks and are more than fair in pricing. I totally trust them with my cars!

I can't speak highly enough about this business. They go above and beyond what I would ever expect from a car service shop. Don't just think they only do oil changes either! They've helped me with replacing my brakes and searching out new headlights for my Lincoln MKX. This will be my go-to car shop from now on- forget messing with the dealership! Kelly and the crew work quickly and treat you like more than just a number. A+++

I actually found this place through Yelp! I had been looking for a local mechanic to service my 9 year old BMW 3 series and didn't know anyone in the area. That's why I really feel Yelp is a great resource for anyone seeking out particular services that they don't know anything about.
My 2007 BMW had always been taken care of by the dealer I purchased it from..Momentum but now that it's getting up there in years and miles when it came time to extend my warranty again I balked at the cost. It was just way too expensive in my opinion and I did not want to pay for it. The only problem was without the warranty if I ever had to bring my car in it would probably cost me an arm and a leg at the dealer. So what to do? I started asking around and people started suggesting to me to look for a reputable auto shop. Sort of like finding a good doctor or a good dentist that you could trust. Well I didn't know of anyone so I started doing a search online for auto shops that service BMWs in Sugar Land and started calling them and pre-screening them on the phone. Most of the feedback was pretty good but I was still leery.
Then a couple of weeks ago I started noticing a gas smell in my garage. It was pretty strong and I suspected it was from my BMW. When I moved it out on the driveway I found out it was! Was I upset. Not knowing what to do I escalated my search for a good local BMW mechanic and found Christian Brothers on Yelp! I noticed they were very close to where I lived and the reviews were all 5 star! I gave them a call and spoke to Kelly, the owner right off. I described my problem to her and she listened with great care and told me they had certified BMW mechanics onsite and to bring it in for a free assessment. Her attitude was so great and winning and along with the Yelp reviews I decided to give it a try! When I got there I met Nick, the service manager who was very informative but he cautioned me that it could be a number of things. Feeling worried I didn't know what to expect and I ended up leaving my car there to be checked. Kelly was so nice and gave me a ride back home. They had a courtesy shuttle and within a couple of hours I got a call from Nick and he explained the cause. A cracked fuel pump and what exactly had to be done and how long it would take. He gave me a very reasonable estimate so I gave him the go ahead.
By the end of the day they had the car fixed. Kelly's son picked me up and brought me back and Nick went over what they did with me in great detail. What is really great is they warranty their work for 2 years or 24,000 miles and three days out I'm writing this review and totally pleased with what they did! No gas smell at all! They also did an oil change and also thoroughly checked my car out completely. There are a couple of other things I need to have done but I opted to wait for now which Nick said was ok.
The bottom line is I think I have found my auto shop! Christian Brothers had the whole package. Great customer service, great attitudes, sincerity and a great explanation and follow up!
Two thumbs up! I'll be coming back!

Fantastic work and outstanding customer service. Kelly and her staff did an amazing job making sure that my wife's car (Chevy Suburban) and my car (Mercedes C-Class) had the exact parts needed for the repair (which is not very easy for a Mercedes). The CB mechanics fixed our vehicles quickly, thoroughly and with a knowledge that was extremely impressive.
Any future car repairs will definitely be handled by the Christian Brothers Automotive at this location; the honesty, integrity and pricing that we're all looking for in a mechanic is found here.

Christian Brothers is amazing! Coming back from Austin Saturday, my drivers side mirror was hit by road debris (tire tread) that was thrown up by the car in front of me. It knocked my mirror in towards the car the way it is designed to collapse. It appeared no damage was done until I tried to adjust the mirror. It would not go down, so I had a great view of the sky. I took the car for service at the Toyota dealership and asked them to look at it. About 4 pm I called the dealership and asked the status since I had not heard anything yet. The service guy said that the technician had not reported back yet so he would check on it and call me back. When he called back he said that there was a short in the motor and it had to be replaced for 435.00. Honestly, it didn't pass the sniff test and I questioned him and his explanation made things worse. I questioned whether they had even looked at it to determine the problem or if they just decided replacement would be quicker and easier (and more profitable).
I decided to take it to it to Christian Brothers Automotive in New Territory at 7 am this morning. They started on it about 710. Within 10 minutes they had it apart, determined which clip had come loose, had it fixed and reassembled. No parts were used so they said no charge. Amazing!!! Customer for life

Very disappointed with this repair shop. They fixed the car, but charged twice the price the Gm dealer quoted. They knew I was stuck out of town, and they took advantage of me. $911 to replace a fuel pump! Sorry, but I can't recommend this place unless price is not a factor for you!!! ( the Gm dealer was called when I got back to Ms. As a comparison price. I had to know how bad is been gouged!)

Yelp does it again - I had put off getting an oil change and tire rotation until the last possible day before a road trip, but when I showed up around 10:30 on a busy Friday morning, I was assured they'd take care of me quickly. When I elected to add a few services, I was offered a ride home rather than having to wait. Super helpful shuttle service (actually delivered my car on the back end rather than picking me up to retrieve it). Highly personal service that went above and beyond. Thanks, Kelly! We'll definitely be back for our regular maintenance needs.

Today was my first visit to any Christian Brothers auto shop, and I was extremely happy with my experience. I needed a battery for my truck and did a little shopping around before calling CB and speaking with the owner Kelly. She was very polite and helpful in finding the right product and having it sent to the shop so I could come in. Was told there might be a little wait, but I had expected that. While sitting inside, I enjoyed a nice conversation with Kelly and in actuality I was surprised when my truck was in and out in 15 minutes. I was so happy with the service and will definitely be going back to CB when I have the need again. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone that asked

I can't even begin to say enough great things about Kelly and her shop!! She and her great staff have helped me and my family out of more jams than I EVER wanted to be in! From simple oil changes and maintenance to a car that tried to be a submarine and another that tried to be a fireball!! They always have top notch mechanics who not only take care of the issue, but talk with you about it and educate you on what was repaired. Kelly is always trying to save her customer's $$ by offering choices on parts when available instead of being like most places and gouging their customers.
I could go on and on but I'll just keep it short and sweet... YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH KELLY & HER SHOP!!!

She is extremely friendly and does all she can to take care of you. The staff is also highly knowledgeable and they easily explain the service being performed on your car. CBAC opened a new location down by me (Space Center in Clear Lake) so I used them when my car started squealing! Yes squealing! Anywho, they were WONDERFUL! Didn't ever ever talk down to me (you women know what I'm talking about!), they explained what was wrong, my options, the costs, and it was ready when they said it'd be. To top it all off- when I picked it up, the mechanic told me that he didn't realize the air filter needed replacing til after they quoted me the estimate, so he replaced it for FREE!!

Very pleasant service and reasonably quick too! I made an appointment for an oil change for the day of and they were able to take me in without a problem. Waiting area is just big enough for a few people. Very clean and neat. They go over everything they did and discuss any issues they see but do not demand you get it done there or try to pressure you otherwise. Will be returning for oil changes!

Had to get a lot of work done and car wouldn't start. I took it to them based on some recommendations from others and they lived up their reputation. Turns out my timing belt had snapped. Every quote I found online was more than $500 but they only charged a little more than $400. They also figured out my head light which had gone out twice. They told me upfront that it would cost $160 to figure out what was wrong with the A/C. They figured it out but I opted not to spend what it would cost to fix it since I basically need a new car, so they didn't even charge me for the test. Was able to drive it off the lot no problem. Didn't feel like any auto shop experience I've ever had. These folks are trying to represent their faith and you can tell.

The work on the car was great. However, the process to get the repair started took almost two weeks due to delays between the insurance agency and the shop. Would have appreciated if the shop would have informed about by lack of responsiveness from the insurance company. Was assuming all along that the repair was on track based on the last timeline promised by them. In essence a good place for regular work, but it may not be the best place for insurance related repairs.

I absolutely adore Christian Brothers in New Territory!!!! As a single mom, it's nice to know that I can trust the people working on my car! The techs were knowledgeable, Nick and Kelly were friendly and amazing, and they were so fair on their prices! I loved the fact that they did a free check for me and gave me a list of things that would need to be done soon. That allowed me to budget for these expenses! AMAZING team!!!!

It is a pain to find a garage you feel will be honest and treat you fairly. I am glad to have come across the team at Christian Brother's. They saved me a lot when I went to them for a second opinion. Since then, they have always been u front on what I need now and what I will need to get done soon. They have worked with me on several of my vehicles and I recommend them to family and friends.
