I brought my car here after getting in an accident and smashing in my front right headlight and wheel side panel. I could barely open my door and there was some hidden damage behind the cosmetic damage. Sam and Carol at Bass Collision made sure that my car was taken care of and all the insurance was figured out without any issues. My car looks just like it did before or even better and I am extremely happy with the work they did. I would definitely recommend them if you need excellent service with your car claim!

Bad customer service and after insurance company gave approval repairs took forever, they gave us like 3 different completion dates. They said the car is finished but they can't release it because they need a supplement from the insurance company that authorized the repair because of a strut.
