Chris & his staff are highly trustworthy & honest. They will tell you exactly how much the repair will be before doing the work is started. No surprises upon completion. I have had mine & my wife's car serviced there. Lowest price in town, best quality work in town. Very quick turn around on the work also. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. Support local businesses when I can. They are worth every penny!

Honest. Extremely friendly and helpful. It is a pretty small shop so I was a little worried about taking my car there, but I didn't have much choice. After giving me a ride to campus, they diagnosed my car, and didn't end up doing any work on it because they did some research and found out the part in question was under recall. They got a hold of the dealer and arranged for them to tow my car and do the recall work for free. They charged me a $45 diagnostic fee (a bit steep) but I felt it was so worth it for the money they saved me and the great customer service.

Superior Serivice, Exceptional Prices

Perales Brothers Automotive provided the best customer service at the lowest price!!! Even though I do not live in Waco, I have made them first choice for all my automotive repair needs. My brother, cousin and I were on our way to Austin from Dallas when we took a quick stop at Waco. When we exited that's when we noticed that our car was making this high screeching noise EVERYTIME we breaked. We freaked out and stopped by this auto shop. Crystal immediately came out to help us and gave us the attention we needed right away despite how much work they had on their hands. Within 30 minutes, they helped us fix the problem and it was honestly the best news ever. We were so anxious and worried and they literally took all our worries away. The hospitality they showed. The professionalism they executed was FLAWLESS. I would definitely recommend coming here for anything if you're having car problems downtown Waco.

The Perales Brothers offer prompt, outstanding service, honest advice and evaluations, and incredible value. I have been going to them for oil changes, routine inspections, and several as-needed services on my Honda Civic for the past several years. They always give me straightforward, reliable advice (no "mechanic speak"), and put me at ease about my car (when experiences with other mechanics have made me feel ignorant in the past). Their prices are very fair, especially compared to others in the area, and they've never suggested unnecessary repairs or replacements. They are very kind and personable to boot. I will never take my car to another mechanic so long as I live in the Waco area!

Let's face it -- no one likes having to bring in a car with problems. These guys take all the anxiety out of car repair and give you honest, reputable, and professional service. The pricing is very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone requiring car repairs!!
