Low marks for communication, but very good work and fair prices. Be very clear about what you want done up front. A promise made for job completion is a promise kept. I would use them again.

Excellent work. This shop did body work matched the paint beautifully on my black car, and they did a fabulous job! They completely detailed it prior to returning it to me, and it looked brand new, inside and out! The owner, Vince, is exceptionally nice and very professional. They took good care of me and I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will never take my car anywhere else!

DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE!!!! WORST EVER!!! The owner is a total douche! I took my car there as my insurance company suggested that I take it there. My car looked WORSE once they were done. When I talked to owner, he suggested I suck his D**K if I didnt like the work. Wouldnt even listen to me. Dont waste your time with VINCENT ELEFANTE. He will try to hit on you if you're a woman and then get upset when you point out very obvious flaws in the work. PLEASE NOTICE HOW ONE OF THE ONLY POSITIVE REVIEWS COME FROM VINCENT HIMSELF! That should say it all. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME HERE!!!

The shop had my son sign paperwork when the car got dropped off that said he would pay a $350 fee if the work was not done at their facility. The Ins co (Farmers) decided to "Total" the car after an additional $4000 of damage was found Ha! Since the Ins Co totalled the car. No work could be done at their facility. Farmers said they would not pay because it is an arbitrary amount and then said My son signed the form. It is his responsibility. Needless to say. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS. DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH BRISTOL WEST OR FARMERS. NOTE: the INS Co did pay Auto Restorators for the actual work they did do. They simply refused to pay the "FEE".

I took in my vehicle to have it repaired on the recommendation of my insurance, State Farm. They allege to have found prior damage to the car, which there never was. Fine, I can't argue there wasn't prior damage, it's my word against theirs and they have my car hostage. I have issue with the fact that the estimate to fix and entire cave-in on the front passenger side, a new light, bumper, frame work repair, paint, welding, etc, is $1900. But this prior damage on the front bumper (which was not even VISIBLE on the vehicle until they tore it down) is $1100!! How is this possible? Because they want to squeeze as much money as possible from me to get my vehicle fixed for an accident THAT WASN'T EVEN MY FAULT!!!! Don't go to this shop, they are just rip off artists, in cahoots with insurance people.

THE BEST BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!!!!! I have had my car fixed here multiple times. Every time the work exceeds my satisfation. I was given a warranty for the work done. The body shop is very neat and clean to be a body shop. The staff keeps me informed in the process of completing my car. I could not ask for better place to take my car. The owner pays attention to detail that my insurance company did not notice in my accident. I really appreciate the time that was spent on my vehicle.
