There are times in life when you don't need auto problems, if you are on a road trip being one of those times. Just 2 days After having the brakes done at a precision auto tinge shop in SLC, Utah, the brake caliper bolt broke. Visiting this shop managed by Will, was a pleasant experience. They found the problem and easily repaired it at no cost.

For me taking a vehicle to a mechanic is as painful as going to the dentist, but luckily this is my son's money I am spending not mine on his brakes.
I called around 10 to find out a price and after he quoted me i had to tow my sons car up there for a lack of brakes...when we arrived there that he stuck to the quote..until the caliper was found to be bad on the front passenger side and it went up...but no mechanic works for free, no blood no foul is what I call
He said he would be done by 3, they were done ahead of time at 2:30 and on quote, there was no high pressure, no of you don't fix this now your car will break down in a week....they did show me some things that without saying it you can tell will have to be fixed soon though and that is what I am saying they never said it or implied it.
They were very nice and friendly and if I need or my son needs anything fixed again I will point him in their direction

I recently had my new tires installed for my car. The tires I bought were run-flat tires. I called several shops before this one. Those shops said they couldn't install my run-flat tires because the tires are too stiff for their machine. I called Precision Tune and they've installed it with no problem and did an excellent job. Great business!!! Very professional work. My tires were low profile tires by the way too.

I just moved to Independence and I am so excited that there is a Precision Tune Auto here! I had such good service at the previous one and this one continues that awesome reputation! They have great competitive pricing with quality parts and guys that know what they're doing. I've been having issues with my Saturn and today they had to inspect the electrical because of my turn signal not working. At first it seemed to be a bulb issue, but it turned out to be much more serious. I was told what needs to be replaced and they did not charge me to look at it, even though it took them an hour. Awesome customer service! Thank you so much Rick!

My girlfriend and I have been taking our vehicles here for the past few years now. We like the fact that these guys lay out all the options for you and let you choose the one that works best for your budget, without trying to up-sale you something you don't need. Prices are competitive and they always seem to be able to work me in or arrange a drop-off without any hassles with scheduling. Highly recommended! These guys get a 5 star review from me.

My husband and I went in yesterday to get my car inspected. We had an excellent experience!! The man that did the inspections could get to my car right away and didn't delay. He was professional, timely, and just a nice guy. How many times can you say that about mechanics or car shops?? We had such a great experience, we are going to return with our other car for an inspection! We were in and out in about 15 minutes!
