Personal Service
Each time I go there, I am so impressed with the personal service the staff give me. No hard sell just plenty information. They do well on making sure my vehicle also receives such personal service too. Each time I stop in my vehicle runs so much better. I receive preventative maintenance tips and print-out reports of my charging system each time I go in for a Oil Change, they even rotate my tires for free. I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and had the best experience I've ever had while having my car serviced. I was nervous at first because I didn't know the business but after speaking with Johnny over the phone I knew that He and his business were legit. This is the most professional mechanic shop I've ever been to. From the phone call to the warm welcome I received when I first got there this shop and staff will not disappoint you. I had my Volkswagen Jetta worked on and the job they did far exceeded my expectations. I definitely will be back for all my car needs in the future!

Being the picky girl that I am, I am the most picky with my mechanics. I am a woman and they always seemed to try to get over on me, however my pops was a mechanic and I payed attention to pretty much everything he said about cars. Just never had the desire to do ANY of the work myself (ha,ha)...
So I drive this 2003 Cherokee, and well, it wasn't the best purchase for long term. I literally live across the street from this place and needed a mechanic. Every other one, unfortunately, did what I said above, which made me try this place. A girl can only take so much abuse by SHEISTERS.
For the first two years Johnny and Alex only fixed what needed to be fixed on me Cherokee. I say only what needs to be fixed because I was in grad school and could only afford so much. They were honest about THE REAL problems that would prevent me from getting from point A to point B, even state A to state B. Eventually they both helped me get my car back to mint condition, well for a Jeep Cherokee from 2003.
Long story short, my car got to the point where I really didn't think I it was worth it to do more repairs that were WAY out of my price limit. I had a REAL conversation with Johnny, I asked him if I should even fix my car? I asked him if I should put the $$$ for the repairs down on a new car instead. To my surprise he told me NO! I mean, I was literally taken back by what he said! WHO expects their MECHANIC to say NO to them? And what mechanic wants to LOSE $$$? So I did what he said. I also TRUSTED him FULLY at that moment. No need for another mechanic.
Fast forward some months later. My beau had to go in to get some repairs, because of Chicago's wonderful emissions test not being passed by his ride, well Johnny told him to have the Panda come over and talk to him about the Cherokee.
I went and talked to him. He told me he had a customer with the same problem, he used a product that cleaned the entire system instead of trying to REPLACE it with a WHOLE new system or with EXPENSIVE parts. He fixed the problem for a 1/4 of the cost!!! Since this has been done, I have no issues with my special ride. If you are skeptical I live across the street and have PROOF!!!
Last thing, if you notice, it takes me awhile to write reviews, confirm them, etc, etc, but when I do - KNOW THAT I MEAN EVERY WORD I SAY! If you need a mechanic, CAR CARE CENTER ASA is where you should go!

Had a great experience at ASA. I had a tire with low pressure in my 2008 Toyota Prius Hybrid, which I had to refill consistently. They checked all the tires, found the nail, plugged it, and it was $10. When I asked about further maintenance, they printed out an itemized plan showing me what to expect for 30,000 mile service fees, parts, labor.
Great service, very upfront and very professional. Recommend to everyone.

I brought my car here because it was over heating, the owner fixed some gaskets and replaced some bad hoses, and flushed my radiator.
This cost me about $250..which I thought was fair. When I took my car on the road, I noticed it was still over heating and my fan switch was out. So I took it back and he fixed the fan switch $125. After this I realized it was STILL over heating, so he gave me another estimate
He then said he ran a full diagnostic on my car and to repair it "correctly" it would cost $1,800. WHAT!?? The car is worth about $900 and insisted it was dangerous for me to drive it the way it is.
The owner is very nice, and very persuasive but my experience with many deceptive mechanics has led me to get a 2nd opinion else where. I feel like Ive been taken for a ride with this place.

Get a second opinion before you go to this place.
My vehicle was stalling on the road, so I brought it to Jiffy Lube, having known the guys and thinking it was a bad battery. They pointed my in the direction of a guy named Johnny that owns this place. I took it in, and from the second he came out and said hello I got a fake vibe from him, not something genuine. He said they'd take a look at it and the next day I had to call them asking what the status was. They responded by saying that they tried calling me all morning but that my number was coming back being disconnected. Well Johnny, my area code is clearly written as 603, not 630. Maybe a little mistake I should overlook but if you can't read the first three numbers correct how the heck am I supposed to trust you on my car?
Anyways, the problem was bad fuel injector connectors. He told me they were corroded. And it would be 452$ to correct. Wow that's a lot of money for some fuel injector connectors, which by the way I have 8 of them and apparently all of them needed to be replaced at 40$ a piece. I was very skeptical about this and asked around to get a second opinion before i confirmed the repair. I was told by others that this could be the case as they all normally go bad at the same time and if they are heavily corroded should be replaced. But when I saw the "corrosion" on the connectors from Johnny after his men did the repair I was not very happy. Yes there was some green corrosion that had taken place inside the connectors but not a lot, possibly not enough to have all 8 to be replaced and maybe an engine flush could have fixed the problem. Who knows, I'm the idiot that didnt get a second opinion.
Moral of the story. Get a second opinion before you go to any shop and especially here. Johnny came off fake to me and didnt make me feel comfortable and talked to me like a kid. The 75$ that I signed over to him before he did the quote was supposed to go to the repairs if there was a problem. When I told Johnny that I did want him to replace the connectors but did not want a tune up for 300$ he told me that I couldnt get the 75$ put towards the repairs because it wouldnt be a "complete repair". We went back and forth, me telling him how it is and him telling me he's the boss. When I went to pick up my vehicle he let me put the 75$ towards the repair. Thank's a lot *******.

Took my car in to get my brakes done. They were very nice and I felt good about the people there.
However, after I had driven my car about 4 hours my brakes WENT OUT because it had been hemmoraging brake fluid without my knowledge. If I had been on the highway this could have easily been a horrible accident.
They did come and get my car and fix it for free, but really they are lucky I wasn't hurt.

Been taking my Passat here for two years already and I am always extremely pleased with the quality and knowledge that they provide when attending my vehicle. trusting my car to a guy with ASE license was supposed to be the right decision, but as it turned out he did not do anything right. I mean everything this guy touched was somewhere done wrong. He is not a mechanic, does not value your criticism, and acted very immaturely when I mention about warranty work. Will not admit faults, there were mistakes in his work, and even added money to an estimated price. Get it fixed somewhere else!

I had taken my Subaru to the dealership from which I bought it for an oil change and tire rotation, as I had a coupon and wanted to give them a try. I swore off dealership service years ago, but the car was dirty as well, and knew at least I would get a free car wash. The dealer stripped the oil pan drain plug trying to get it off with a vice grips, and then immediately pointed the finger at Jiffy Lube where I had last had my oil changed, saying they hadn't replaced the plug properly. They said the only solution was a new oil pan, which they could do for $700, and that I should go back to Jiffy Lube to get them to pay for it. Then I went to Jiffy Lube, the manager there was professional, but as I expected, he pointed out that the dealer had butchered the plug trying to get it off, and that they couldn't accept responsibility for that. But then he referred me to Johnny at Care Care Center, and said that they send him these cases occasionally, and he is usually able to get them off, and that I would just have to pay them for a new plug and an oil change. I went to see Johnny, he immediately got me into the shop, and had no trouble removing the plug. He didn't have the size to replace it, so he got a part delivered, which also didn't fit. He then stayed open past his closing time (I heard him call the babysitter to get them to stay later) to drive to the car dealer, pick up the correct plug, and install it. I feel like he went above and beyond to help me with a relatively minor problem that he wasn't going to make much money on, and was intent on fixing it that day. Courteous and professional, he has earned my business moving forward.

I was referred to this shop by some guys at a gas station by my house after my tire blew out on the way home from work. When I got there, Johnny greeted me and was super nice and very helpful. He didn't force anything on me and even though I was clearly in need, he gave me the option to allow his shop to fix my car or go elsewhere. Johnny was able to get an estimate quickly on how much it would be for a new tire and even gave me the option to wait or leave my car there overnight as I had a concert that night and was pressed for time. While I waited for my sister to pick me up, I spoke with Johnny about his business and family. Not many shop owners get to know their customers and I like that about this shop. I've already recommended the shop to friends in case they need any work done.

John was excellent and delivered exactly on his estimate, which was lower than other quotes I got, the work was performed quickly and I was in and out in a short period of time! John was also very helpful explaining everything and giving me tips. I will be bringing my car back here for all maintenance as the experience was just better than I have ever experienced for auto repair.
