They are very honest and efficient. Came here twice to get my tires fixed and the experience was good. First time I had a flat tire and they fixed it for me instantly and charge at no cost. Second time went there to get 4 new tires and we were able to get them ordered and changed within couple of days. They don't over charge you like some of the auto places. If you are around the area, I definitely recommend this place.

Needed an oil change. Synthetic oil in and out in 15 minutes. Very reasonable. Who needs a dealer?? Worth driving a few miles out of the way.

This shop is great.
I had a flat tire, I had it replaced by the backup myself. I went to Archer Auto Services to have the broken tire repaired, to reprogram my tire pressure sensor, and to check weird noise occurred since I replaced the tire.
I made a phone call and they said we can walk-in, no need to make an appointment. We waited less than one minute before being helped by the owner (I think he's the owner). $10 bucks for repairing a flat tire and reprograming the sensor. Very reasonable.
They don't push you to what is not necessary. After driving my car for a couple of minutes, he claimed there was no big issue with my suspension as the noise is not there any more. They didn't charge for this driving-inspection process. I'm pretty sure if I went to the dealer they would have at least done a semi-complete inspection and charged us for labor at their unbelievable rate.
I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Brought my car into Archer Auto Service for a knocking sound. The staff was very kind and patience listening to my explanation. He was very carefully running a full diagnostics on my car.
He called me back to explain the issues he found (some I didn't even know about). He didn't push for the repairs. He recommended what was the best course on my repairs. They even gave me time frame on which repair I need and which ones I should fix later. Also what I would experience with the problems my car has. The pricing was fair and just.
My car was repaired in services i chosen at the a time earlier than what I was promised. Overall, great service and I would recommend them to anyone.

ASE technicians, pretty professional. As I know they worked (or working) for stealership before starting their own business. I had my engine oil changes and many other maintenance here for several times. Reasonable price, and you can even bring your parts to them, they just ask for labor (not necessarily cheaper for parts but you can choose what is for your car) In additional, they always suggest best solution, regardless on auto-services or choosing a new/used car I actually wanna give 4.5 since they could have do better on their working environment/condition but I know there are always limitation in somewhere near china town, good and pretty place is hard to find. Really recommend them for your beloved vehicle
