Brian the owner, not only has done excellent work on both my vehicles now, but the customer service even after the sale is PHENOMINAL! 8 months after repair, the hood latch cable didn't release the hood, called 30 minutes before closing, explained the problem, all he asked was when I could be there.. Ended up getting there 10 minutes til close. Brian happily greeted me, took the car back right away, and had the latch cable working again in 10 minutes. BLOWN AWAY! Most places would've turn me away during the phone call, with it being soo close to closing time.. But not Brian! I can't say enough for the excellent customer service with my recent experience! I would definitely refer anyone in need of an honest auto body shop, to go see Brian at Collision Specialists!

Recently went to this shop for the first time. Our SUV was rear ended and really banged up. Bryan was great. Excellent work, honest, helpful and fast. Great communication the entire process too.
If we need any other repairs we will absolutley be back.

I brought my 370Z to Collision Specialists of Crystal Lake to have the rear bumper re-sprayed after another shop did a terrible job by not properly matching and blending the paint. I think this was a pretty difficult job correcting and getting the blending just right, but it turned out absolutely perfect. I have had a lot of cars painted over the years and this is the best job I have ever seen. I highly recommend these guys - they are awesome!

Highly recommend Collision Specialists. They worked with my insurance company, provided timely services and GREAT quality. I cannot stress how wonderful their quality and costumer services were.
Not only did they get my car looking and running better than when I first bought it, but they gave it a clean and polish before returning it to me. If that does not say above and beyond I don't know what does.
The only place i will ever go for body work in the future. Please see the before and after picture of my gold/champagne accord for proof of their wonderful work. Thanks CSCL!

I have a 2014 Dodge 3500 Ram that we bought two weeks ago. We had to replace our older truck because we were taking our horses to Florida.
About four days before we left, my wife decided that she didn't like the "new truck look" and backed into the 12 yrd dumpster in our driveway.
Well, now I needed to find somewhere that could fix our truck in four days.
The first and last call we made was to Collision Specialists. I spoke with the owner. He asked me to bring it in to take a look at it.
After having the truck inspected, the owner, Brian asked me how I would like it done. I said " brand new". I saw a little hesitation in his face, but he assured me that it would be complete the day before we left.
I received a call from Brian on time. I went to pick up the truck on it's scheduled date. The truck was PERFECT! And after I saw the price, I about fell out of my chair! I expected about $500.00 more.
All of the staff that I met were very courteous and clean. I would recommend this place to even the pickiest of clients.
I plan on bringing in my FLHX for some custom painting in the future.

This place does great work. I take all my vehicles here. They did work on our 370z and great custom work on my old lifted 2500HD. Very nice staff as well and love that they have free Wi-Fi for waiting customers which is not common for a repair shop.
