Everyone at Performance Services is knowledgable, friendly, and genuinely cares about you & your car. I was scammed by a dealership, but Performance Services was generous enough to check my car, find the problem, and work out a way to fix everything while talking with the dealer so I didn't have to pay anything additional out of pocket. I can't thank them enough!! These guys are the best in the area for both their work on cars but also for their customer service.

These are rip-off artists! Paid them over a thousand dollars to fix my BMW and just found out they DIDN'T DO ANY WORK!! A man who has worked for BMW for 18 years put it on diagnostic machine AND went under the hood. He said the bolts were the ORIGINAL bolts that BMW out in it when it was built!! Don't trust these people with ANY vehicle you own.

The fact is the staff as well as Technology, They will not make up stuff that is wrong with your vehicle when there's nothing wrong . fly by night shops as I call them,and have had Dealerships have done to me in the past They let you know what going on upfront as well as get your permission to do repairs before they do them. It is hard to find that kind of type of shop this day in time most shops wont to repair then bill and not inform customers before doing the work !!! Take yours and you will see what I Mean. Fine Shop as well as professional people . Thanks from a disabled Veteran on a fixed income.

These guys are great! I have a 2012 Audi S5 that I was taking back and forth to Atlanta for service. In between services, I had issues with my tire pressure and with my oil light. I took my car to Performance Services three or four times to have it checked out. They stopped what they were doing and immediately helped each time I was there AND NEVER CHARGED ME ONE DIME! I was at a point where I had to either purchase another Audi coverage package or pay out of pocket for my routine services. After talking to Frank, I decided not to purchase the new Audi plan. Instead, I am now taking my vehicle to them, which has saved me money and a LOT of time! They recently completed a routine service and also replaced my front roaters and brakes, at a cost that was less than what I was quoted from an Audi dealership shop. They are very honest and professional people. They have been great to work with and I'm so thankful that they are local!! Thanks guys!

Had a car inspected there before purchase. Drove away after they cleared it with no issues. After driving it, the steering was groaning. I checked the power steering fluid - Empty. Disappointed that I paid over $100 for an inspection when they didn't even check fluid levels.
