Are these people knowledgeable about cars...yes. They do not stand behind their work unless you pay extra for a warranty, though, and when I dared to ask them to, they called me "an ignorant woman" and threatened to commandeer my vehicle until I apologized on their shop floor. These people are psycopaths, and if my car isn't fixed and released to me, we will be in civil court.
