Rafael's has worked on 4 of our cars over the past 2 years. They always bend over backwards to help solve any problem at a fair price. After working with auto dealers directly for many years its a breath of fresh air to speak to someone who will provide an honest assessment. Great, professional service

My first experience with Rafael was not pleasant. My hood was damaged by improper installation of a new battery -- he paid to have it repaired! Wow...
Based on his integrity, I have re-visited his services several time, and continue to be delighted.
His integrity is unquestionable, and his quality meets all my expectations.
He will be my preferred mechanic as long as he stays in business.

I have had repairs done on three cars. Twice the work required was minor. the third time the work was relatively major (head gasket and radiator replacement was necessary). My overall experience was very good each time. He did not charge anything for one of the minor repairs. I got honest answers about the work that needed doing, the work was explained to me in detail, and I had the need for the work verified by a very knowledgable friend before the work was actually performed. The owner is very hands on and concerned about the customer's complete satisfaction. It appears that he insists on personally verifying the work necessary on each vehicle and inspecting the vehicle again once the job is complete. I would certainly recommend this shop to others for general engine repairs and maintenance service. (At the time of this review, Google had the address wrong. The shop is just off Abercorn on Douglas Street which is just south of Eisenhower)
