Best Car Care ll is the best! I trust them. I get great service for a fair price. They do their best to get the work done in a timely manner. I've been going to Best Car Care for years and have highly recommended them to all my friends in the area. Best Car Care is simply the best.

2nd visit and I feel I should write another review! I never write reviews! They are wonderful! So kind and very fair prices. I was worried about some dash lights on a Friday afternoon. They didn't have any appointments before Monday, so they told me to swing by after work and they'll take a quick look, bc I was worried about baby riding in car over weekend. He immediately took it for a test drive, with me along, explained the issue he thought car had, assured me car would be fine. Bing, bang, boom, done! They make me feel so well taken care of. I have referred several people to them and my own mother is going to them next week.

I recently started coming here not too long ago...I wish I knew about this place way ago...they are so friendly and honest! And that is very hard to find! Their prices were never high, theyve always been reasonable...and they don't try sell to you unless you truely had to get something fix...they also finish on time unlike other places I've tried...

I heard about this place from my step son who brought his '96 car for repairs. They were honest & did not charge crazy prices. So when I had to have my battery replaced, I took my newer car there. They were honest & reasonably priced. The technician also listed some future repairs that I should consider. I recommend this place to anyone near the Mundelein area.

We found this shop through Yelp when we moved to the suburbs last Halloween. Rebecca K. is right on: these guys are as good as it gets. Not only are they thoroughly knowledgeable, but also very patient and thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. Their prices aren't out of line, and the service you get is fantastic. Having brought them two cars, and after trying several other places in the area, I don't plan to go anywhere else.

You will not find mechanics better than those at Best Car Care - seriously. Although the business itself is relatively new, my family has been taking all our cars to these guys for as long as I can remember - whether it is here or at a previous shop where they were employed. It's so important to have mechanics you can trust - and it doesn't get better than this. In addition to any mechanical work, they also do simple oil changes...and if anything is really wrong with your car, they take the time to explain and show you what's going on. I haven't lived in Mundelein for about 8 years now - but I refuse to go anywhere else.

I have a '73 Mustang Mach1 that needed a new dual exhaust system. I purchased the OEM parts through Mustangs Unlimited and had Best Car Care II install them. I needed a shop that was close by and reliable - these guys fit the bill perfectly! The mufflers were a bit tricky to install as they had the tail pipes welded to them and had to be installed from the front of the axle. The car had to be on a lift to let the rear axle hang down far enough. As it was, they had to disconnect the axle from the shocks to gain enough clearance. Jerry called me several times that morning to give me updates on the progress and to get approval for everything that had to be done. They were finished in under 3 hours and under (my) budget! I will definitely use Best Car Care II for future repairs/maintenance on my other cars!
