First let me explain, the only thing I know about cars is how to drive them. And Hey, that's questionable to some LOL
A couple of years ago, my brother found this mechanic out in Fayetteville and my mom has been using them for years. Since I don't know much about cars, I am always a little skeptical when it comes to mechanics. I've heard so many rumors on how they take advantage of you, especially women.
Service Plus Napa Autocare Center is the exact OPPOSITE! Jake Walker is the manager and he is one of the kindest people I've ever met. He takes time to explain the problems and what your car really needs. He even showed me how to check my fluids! Literally, he lifted the hood, gave me a rag and showed me what to look for. That really meant a lot!
Yes, it may be a drive for some but if you care about your car, it's totally worth it!

After 2 days they still have not looked at my car to analyze the problem. They were referred by AAA. I am unsatisfied and do not recommend them, especially if you are in a time crunch.
