Connor automotive was recommended from a friend after my transmission went out. I wanted to write to say how disappointed I am in the service I received. This was the only way I knew to reach out was through social media because when I talked to you on the phone to come pick up my car I didn't get a good response from you. I had the transmission rebuilt a year and half ago on my 2007 Explorer. In the year and half I was still having issues. Which I brought back to Connor while under warranty and you said you were unable to find anything. While I was out of warranty by 6K miles I feel that a rebuilt transmission, if done properly, should last a lot longer than 1.5 years or 24K miles. The transmission is slipping and to repair Craig stated it would be another $1500. He is giving me $500 off another rebuilt transmission but honestly why would I pay you another $1500 to rebuild when the first one was done terrible anyways. There isn't one person who has said that was not a very good mechanic or it would have lasted a lot longer. They came highly recommended from a friend and to say the least when I told them my transmission went out again they actually started using Midway automotive in Buford and had their transmission rebuilt there as well. Not only have you lost me as a customer you have lost others as well. I am very disappointed in the quality of service that was provided and the transmission person you used. We have used Conner Automotive for several years and have always been happy with them but we are truly grateful for Craig's help and advice after we were in our first car wreck in over 20 years. Thanks to him we are getting our car repaired instead of having to take a loss on it and buy a car that is not as nice.

I took my car here for a small oil leak that never hit the ground. They charged me $850. I payed it thinking my car was fixed. Not even a week later I was stranded on the side of the road because my car over heated which happened because all my oil leaked out on to a heating hose and blew it and it busted my radiator. We have tried on several occasions to reach Ms. Beck to discuss details about the problem(s) with her vehicle since nothing has been brought to our attention. There is no way we can fix a problem if we don't know a problem even exists. At this time, we have been unsuccessful in reaching her. Will keep you coming back and charging more for work that should have been included. Poor quality work. Left bolts not tightened on wheels after brakes were serviced....then we had no brakes at all. We could have been killed.

He does outstanding work. He is honest, which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry. I took my vehicle to another shop before hand, and they wanted to fix things that did not need fixing.... I would recommend this mechanic to anyone, Turn around was quick, repair was great!!!
