These guys are awesome had our car back in one day and professional treatment at all levels. Would highly recommend them. Forget Jerry's rude and not willing to even stay 5 minutes since they were closing and we had no idea what was up. Ace works overtime and they get the job done so that we didn't have to spend $50 per day for the car rental. Thanks Ace.

Ace got us in immediately! We were traveling on a holiday weekend. It was done in less than 6 hours. The price was less than we expected too. Every employee we talked to was polite and courteous! Too bad we don't have them in Iowa! The Suburban is running great! Thank you for a job well done!

I live 45 mins away from this place and called and told them what the car is doing and what I thought it was and the car doesn't drive. So a tow truck was like 185 to 200 so I got a trailer and loaded it on there and brought it by and dropped it off. About 30 mins before they closed I called see if they looked at it and the guy was like oh I was going to call and told me he doesn't work on Manuel transmissions but guy looked at it and said it's your clutch and transmission. How does a transmission shop not work on a Manuel transmission so I had to get a tow truck at like 6pm and had them tow to another shop which cost more money because some stupid shop doesn't tell you no Manuel's you think they would ask if it is a Manuel. Won't ever take any of my business and will inform all my buddies about the place cause thanks to them I'm over 100 dollars into repair and no one hashould even looked it yet.

I had my 2003 HONDA element towed to Ace Transmission about ten days ago for what seemed like a transmission failure. The people were very friendly and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. As I suspected, I was told the transmission was shot. I was quoted 2,500 for a rebuilt transmission. 2,500 dollars is not a lot of money, unless you do not have it. I decided to shop around and found that Buddys Auto mall would replace with a salvaged transmission for less than 1/2 of Ace's quote. I figure that is acceptable. Buddy's does a diagnostic and tells me it may not be a transmission problem, but a bad variable valve timing oil pressure switch. BINGO! A switch, engine flush,oil and a filter and I was back on the road. The total cost was 300.12. Now I am wondering what the hell? I am sure being in business for as long as ACE has, surely they have the proper diagnostic equipment for the job. Was ace trying to fleece me, or is their technician lazy, stupid or both? I will be calling them today. John Bannon.

Very professional people. I brought my 2007 ford focus to them with a possible whining sound issue coming from the transmission. Well long story short the sound is actually normal for my car. It was just the way I was interpretating the sound. They were very helpful to me and I highly recommend them.
