Recently had some work done on my Jeep Cherokee and had expected it to take at least a week, based on the amount of work that was required, and when it was dropped off. Was amazed at the sense of urgency they put into it, the quality of work, and the personal considerations that were made during the whole process. They answered my questions and took care of me, treating me as if I were the most important person in that shop.

I want to say that Helms Brothers Body Shop is absolutely great! My insurance company sent me here after an accident. I just moved to the area & didn't know anything about them so I checked them out on Yelp. I read a couple of really bad reviews for them. I started to call the insurance & have them change body shops. I'm so happy that I changed my mind & left my car with them!! They told me that it would take until the 17th for them to complete my car. Then I was pleasantly surprised when they called on the morning of the 10th & said my car was finished. They sent me a text each business day letting me know what stage my car was in. Everyone that I spoke with on the phone or at the shop were very friendly & helpful. The best part of all is that my car looks great!!!! If I find myself in need of any more body work for any of our vehicles there's no question, I'd definitely use them again & recommend them to others!!

Before I used helms brothers I went on yelp to see what people had to say about them, there was only one review which was only one star but I decided to use them anyway because my insurance company recommended them. Very very big mistake. So my experience started good because the staff was very polite and seemed to be good at processing my claim. About 5 days later I went to retrieve my car and right of the bat realized my error in judgement. First thing I notice was a massive ding on my door frame and you could tell it just happened. I decided to take the car anyway because I couldn't go any longer with out. The real kick in the nuts came when I got home and my wife noticed that her $400 pair of prescription glasses were missing. Thinking that it was an honest mistake I called helms bros to let them know I think the glasses might have been taken out during cleaning. After that the sketchiness kicked in and it was obvious that they had been stolen. Please if you read his do not use this company.

Not competent or trustworthy and they take a long time to do a shoddy job. When they first returned the car to us, a rear panel was so misaligned the rear door wouldn't close correctly. It was still misaligned when they 'fixed' it, and gave it back to us. We finally had to have the insurance agent accompany us to the shop to make sure they fixed everything.
