I couldn't be more impressed with Steve's Quality Automotive!!! I am SO happy to have found him! After going through not-so-good experiences at other "franchise" automotive places, I only wish I had found Steve sooner! They do a thorough excellent job, prices are better than anywhere else I'd been, they are HONEST, and he took a lot of time to answer all of my dumb questions. Very friendly & pleasant to deal with -- I finally feel that I have a mechanic I can truly trust! I will never ever take my car anywhere else! Steve's Automotive is the only place we will be taking our car in Winter Haven. We got ripped off big time by the local Chevy dealership on Cypress Garden Blvd. They replaced a bulb for the turn signal charged me $50 and it quit working the next day. Took it to Steves he fixed it in two minutes and didn't want to charge me anything. I gave him $10 just for his trouble.
Great guy and honest too. This is what our country needs, more small businesses built on integrity and honesty, instead of the overcharging , lying big companies. You will not find a better mechanic or nicer guy than Steve.

He goes over the whole process of what needs to be done to your vehicle & answers any questions you might have very thoroughly & with very reasonable rates.I will be taking all my vehicles to him from here on out.

Once again Steve's automotive has come through. I needed brakes on my jeep. I got an estimate from a major break and muffler company. It was hundreds and hundreds of dollars.. Just didn't seem right. The cost at Steve's was one for the other estimate. And the work is the highest quality. Another instance of where he could've charged more and I would not it's not. They've got my business.

I needed new tires and an oil change. I was tired of overspending at Honda.
I made my appointment online and got an offer for a $19.99 oil change. What a deal!
I forget the name of the man who helped me.
But he told me I could go to Denny's and tell them I was having my car worked on and got a 10% discount at Denny's.
They called me to give me a choice of different tires. Being a single woman I was lost so I had to rely on his knowledge.
I told him I was on a very tight budget.
He helped me a lot and was very professional throughout.
Then it turned out I also needed an alignment. Not a huge surprise but was more then I had planned on.
He also helped me pick the best package deal.
I will always take my car there from now on.
Thanks to the guys at Tire Kingdom!!!

Been using Winter Haven's most reliable and trustworthy mechanic for over five years, Steve provides quality service and is always honest with suggested repairs, only recommending service that is required for safe travel. Steve has saved me several thousands in repairs over the years, never have I had a bad experience. I highly recommend you call Steve next time you have to see a car specialist.
