Just got back from having my car checked for my ride home to NJ. Walked up to the counter and said how much. I was shocked to hear the guy say nothing; we just checked out your car - no charge. That wouldn't happen in NJ! My realtor Kim Stephens had recommended American Import. I will definitely recommend A. I. to everyone I know down here. Thanks so much.

I had a bad CV axle and was told that this place was honest. Not so. They gave me an estimate for $336. I bought the part at a local parts dealer for $75. My new mechanic installed it for $50. I sat there while he did it and it took him 30 minutes. That is a total of $125. I would have given him $100. That is still only $175 and almost half of what this place wants. They have been in business for a long time and know exactly how long it takes to replace a CV axle. These people are crooks! Get a second or a third opinion.

They serviced and repaired my Ford Escape, very friendly and professional. Customer service was unbelievably wonderful! Really like these people. Definitely recommend this shop. It's were we will be going for service & repairs for now on.
