Let me begin by saying I'm a 62 year old male and have been to hundreds, if not thousands of auto repair shops in my lifetime. I can count on one finger (mostly the middle one) where I felt like I have not been taken advantage of and treated fairly. That all ended today when a friend recommended Ricky (ABP Motorworks) for some emergency SRS work on my 2005 Volvo. He was short-handed but took me in immediately and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I had two kids with me and Ricky took the time to set up a video in the office to keep them busy. I'm shocked that I can honestly say the experience was actually a pleasant one with colorful conversation and a detailed diagnostic of what the problem was. In comparison to what the dealership would charge, the cost was more reasonable. I have 4 other vehicles and ABP will have all of them in the future.
I'm still euphoric that I found a shop that I can trust and believe in and more than capable in handling the maintenance and other repair problems that I may have in the future.

I have been to many auto repair shops and to be quite honest this little shop kicks all of the rest of the big guys to the curb for me! When you walk in you will notice its a father / son team working together in this shop. My 2006 Chevy cobalt had countless problems ( I do not know where to begin with ) The owner (the son) immediately fixed my fuse box for my car and said hey while you are let me lift up your car and see what else needs fixing and he fixed all of the problems that were in my car and he did it in less than 2 hours. Other shops I have been to for my car problems would quote me a ridiculous amount of money and also a turn around time of 2 days... Bottom line is I am very satisfied and I will for sure bring my cars to this shop from now on and recommend it to my family and friends !
