My vehicle broke down and i was stranded on the Island 6:30 Friday night. I was visiting from San Antonio TX and was due to leave saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. I knew all shops were closed and the probability of getting my vehicle repaired by sat was slim. I was walking to the o reillys auto parts store when i ran into Mr Evo working on his friends vehicle after hours at his shop. I told Mr Evo my situation and he immediately put a game plan together to fix my vehicle. I brought my vehicle to his place and he repaired my vehicle while i took my family for dinner. He could of gave me a huge bill but he was more than fair. He went above and beyond. From one business owner to another, Mr Evo I thank you and we made it home safely. Evo, owner and operator of Top Service Auto Service couldn't have done a better job on my Mercedes C Class. Shortly after the diagnostic, a couple of calls were made then parts delivered within the hour! WOW, I was really impressed by the immediate response toward repairs today. I lived in Destin for 32 years, found him about 6 month ago while I was wondering around looking for a different shop after being ripped off very badly by Goodyear, 6 years ago, Pepboys 2 years ago and finally by Tuffy. Took all my cars in the last 3 month and never ran better for an awesome reasonable and very fair price. Tell him Hanie sent us, you wont regret it. He will tell you the truth, no games

I just wasted about half my day here without getting anything done. I took my car (in a tow truck) to see if he could get it to start. He said it would take him a long time because the part he needed (starter) would arrive at 3 or 4pm so he couldn't guarantee it would be done same day and I had to leave back home that same day. So I told him I would look for the part.
I got back like 30 min later with the part. I told him, "here's the part already to save time and so you can finish earlier." And he said, "yea, it saves YOU time not me, I gotta get other stuff done. I can't be waiting on you all day." This after coming back only 30 minutes later.
He already had my car on the lift. I had already given him the part. And he took my car down to work on another one. Came back an hour and a half later and my car was still sitting in the same spot untouched since I left. I just called the tow truck back paid again, and took to a more professional shop who finished in 1 hour and a half. Don't come to this place
