This used to be a great shop. Two of my daughter's cars were repaired here in the past with no issues. I was a happy customer and recommended them regularly.But... Had my Impala repaired here recently. Trim was falling off, check engine light on that wasnt before, found my mass airflow sensor unplugged. And my front grlle was not secured. Okay, I don't get to do this very often.... I am so pleased with the work Richard and crew just did on a 2007 Toyota Corolla. The work was done at a fair price, done on time and done so well I can't believe it! I have known of them for some time but this was my first visit as a client. They did a difficult job and did it right the first time. I am an ASE certified Master mechanic with 40 years experience so I know the difference between good work and sloppy work. Hat's off to these folks! I will be back with more work in the future and have no problem referring my mechanical clients to them for auto body repair and painting. The guys at Mid County coordinated with the insurance company on my repairs and with the rental service. Their commitment to excellence was evident not only with the work they did but also in communicating with me and being concerned enough to get the job done in a timely manner. They are easy to talk to, show concern and did a super job on my car making it look like new! They continued to clue me in on communication with the other driver's (at fault) insurance as they worked on my car and needed to have the work approved. I had no worries since they kept me informed. Not good to be in an accident but great to know your car is in good hands!

Not happy with them at all will not get into full detail but was told if you have nothing nice to say don't say it all. I will say though when you drop off your car to be fixed that is indeed what you expect to happen you don't for one second think your car will come back with a broken seat. Speaking with them they told me they could look at it while looking at it was told nothing was wrong but my electric seat was clearly off track when dropping car off for a bumper that was hit. MY SEAT WAS PERFECTLY FINE WHEN DROPPED OFF AND I DON'T CLAIM TO DRIVE THE BEST SUV BUT IT'S IN GOOD CONDITION AND IT'S PAID OFF AND WHEN REPAIRS HAVE TO BE MADE THAT I DIDN'T DO I GET UPSET. I too have bills. When I spoke to my insurance company I was also informed that one of these people drove my car up the street because they were unable to do a repair funny they didn't tell me hmm maybe that's how my seat was pushed off track when you were driving my car and not informing it's owner. They offered to look at seat but made it seem like I was delusional so instead of arguing with ignorance I will fix it myself with a better company.Insurance company's should not refer to them they don't care about the people only the check and that is hard to swallow for me. They really rubbed me the wrong way my entire experience.
