There are very few mechanics that you can trust. I am sure everyone has had an awful experience at least once. At Fusion, you will not have that problem. The guys are trustworthy and if they say they need that repair your car needs that repair. I have been going there for years and recommend them to everyone I know...

There quality of work is terrible. They damaged my car and think they getting away with it. After they had to replace alternator twice told me my PCM needs replacing. My car don't even have a PCM. Sad part about it they put it on writing which is going to bite them in the butt.

My insurance company sent for Fusion Automotive to come tow my car to their shop to fix my tire. I waited for over 2 hours and no one showed. When I finally called, they said that the driver's tow truck had problems and he had to go and get a new truck and that he would be there in 20 minutes. At that point I just had AAA come out and fix it in less than 15 minutes. I never cancelled the roadside service because I wanted to speak to Fusion's tow truck driver when he arrived, but no one ever showed up. I also find it interesting how out of ALL of the posts here, the owner has only responded to the positive reviews. It doesn't seem like good business practice to not try to resolve anything with the people who need acknowledgement the most.

After having a headache of a time dealing with my warrantee company sending me to another mechanic (he was AWFUL) prior to being sent to Fusion, I must say they took EXCELLENT care of me. Everyone there was very nice and personable, things were explained to me in detail from the problem to the parts and turn around time. The overall experience from start to finish was wonderful. I was so pleased with the service that I will continue to be a customer for as long as they are standing and I will surely tell others in need of repairs to seek them out first. Trustworthy people with excellent service hands down.

This place is a joke. The owners name is Sean Farmer and he's a total duche bag! This place is full of crap and lie about everything. My car was over heating to they said they put a new radiator inside along with a new thermostat and another part. Well the car started to over heat again so I took it to a different place. The mechanic at the new place took me into the garage to show me the patch job on the radiator, the same old thermostat was still in the car. Don't go here! They are full of crap and a bunch of thieves

I purchased a car about 6 months ago and the car has had a few issues. Luckily I found Fusion they are fair honest and keep me in the loop. I hate having to wonder what is going on with my vehicle with these guys that is never the case. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have and would highly recommend them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MECHANC!!!! We were advised to go to this garage to have warranty work done. The mechanic sat in the car for three minutes and played with the gear shifter.... got out said he couldn't get it to do what we were talking about and that there was nothing he could do..... AND THEN PROCEEDED TO CHARGE US $50.00 FOR A DEDUCTIBLE WHEN NO WORK WAS DONE!!!!!!! The office person is rude and was nasty to me on the phone and wasn't any nicer to my fiance when he went in. I would save my time and money and STAY AWAY!!!!

What can I say about Fusion Automotive? They are amazing! I will never take my car to any other shop. They are trustworthy and I know if they say that something needs to be fixed.. That part needs to be fixed.
The shop is clean and the customer service is great. Don't go anywhere else, I bring all of our cars there and you should go there too!
