Tom and Buffie are amazing, caring people who go out of their way to look out for their customers, while navigating the in's and out's of insurance claims, and get you back on the road quickly. With all that's going on in the world it's refreshing to see good in others - my son had a bump up in the high school parking lot - we decided to pay for repairs out of pocket - a week after I paid, the good people at Tom's Body Shop called me back to let me know it was substantially cheaper than they anticipated - a VERY happy customer picked up a check today - special thanks to Buffie and Bruce Garner

HIGH BUSINESS RECOMMENDATION!!!! I just got my car back from Tom's Body Shop in Rock Hill! The bumper had been ripped off by a board on I 77. Another shop wanted a ridiculous amount to do the work. Buffie Garner at Tom's gave me a much more reasonable quote last week. Then when I picked it up today, there were parts that they didn't even have to use... I never would have known, but they were honest and told me it would even be LESS than estimated! Ended up paying a fraction of the quote from the other place and the car looks great! Wow!!! Remember these people should you need their services! I'm so glad I found them! Thanks Buffie, Bruce and team!

This will be my GO TO body shop. They are real people helping the community. Not another business trying to make the almighty dollar. They will lead you in the direction you need to go, even if it is not with their company! They have made a life time customer and advocate out of me. My car was damaged by a towing company and they sent me to Tom's Body Shop. The experience was GREAT! It is a real business, run by real people. Buffie was so kind and thorough while explaining everything to me. She double checked all of my parts twice before placing the order and even worked around my schedule so that I could arrange a rental car! I had some unrelated paint issues that they cleaned up for me at no extra cost! They were so fast and so nice, really worked with me and I would recommend them to anyone!

I live in Chicago Il. My son just recently took a job near Rock Hill, SC. During his first six months on the job he was involved in a traffic accident which nearly totaled his Honda Civic. He knew no one in tha area and was quite anxious deciding where to take his car for repairs. After a pretty thorough search of the internet he decided on Tom's Body Shop in Rock Hill SC (owned by Bruce and Buffy Garner). These folks do absolutely outstanding work and Buffy is one of the friendliest people I have met in my 70 years on earth. They went to great lengths to see that the repairs including insurance estimates were handled in a fashion to make sure we were happy. I only wish I were close enough to take all my body work to these fine people. Wouldn't it be a fine world if all business owners went to these lengths to satisfy their customers.
