I have had a couple of great experiences with this shop. Both were for minor issues, but I was treated as if I were spending a lot more money with them. These folks are straight-shooters, and I feel they are honest with their pricing and recommendations. Owner, Mike Stallings, is the best. Bonus, that you can enjoy a beer at Holy City Brewery's tap room, just across the alley, while they take an initial assessment of your vehicle. :-)

This shop is a joke, and the owner BRIAN is the biggest liar alive, I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy.. The experience here was horrible, Brian had my car for over 5 months and still wasn't able to fix the car. Told me the car was ready once he had it for 3 months pulling out of his shop my tpms sensors turned on on the dash, then driving down the street you can hear something loose in the rear, the whole subframe was loose in the rear, had to take it back for him to have my car sitting for another 2 months. Had to go pick up my car from the dealership because I was told by BRAIAN (shop manager) that he couldn't do anything to fix the car, and that its my problem now to figure it out.. he took my car to about 10 other shops to get done, No one wanted to touch the car because of the garbage work that he had already done to the car.. I'm currently now getting the car done the RIGHT way not using palmetto collision joke of a team! Frame is still bent BRAIN and his team installed the rear subframe with out pulling the frame straight, causing the rear tires to be side ways, and the car driving like total garbage! STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE FRAD SHOP, MONEY HUNGRY FOR GET ABOUT THE SAFTY OF PEOPLES LIVES!

I was referred by a guy at Gerald's. He was not wrong. What a great experience. They did an amazing job fixing the disaster that was the front end of my car. Very reasonable pricing and quality service. They even stayed after hours to make sure my rental car arrived, and Mike Sr. drove me to Enterprise to drop my rental back off in a pinch. Great small business!

I am surprised this place doesn't have any reviews. The guys are Firestone suggested I go here, and I was not disappointed. The area is a little shady, but it is right near Holy City brewery, so the area isn't so bad.
The prices were more than fair, and the guys that work there seem extremely honest. (And really easy going)
Would recommend.

Unlike the previous two comments regarding Champion Honda, I had a great experience on 24 June 2016. I had been sitting on a safety recall notice from Honda for my 08' Goldwing for about 6 months. I just hadn't had time to take it in, and when I did take a day off of work a week earlier the Honda dealer in Savannah Ga, failed to get me in. They couldn't fit me in a second time either so I decided to call Champion Honda up in Charleston. It was a further drive by about 20 miles. I spoke with Sean in their service department and let him know my situation with the distance and all and he was very professional and helpful. He said bring it in Friday at 0900 when they opened and that they would take care of it. To my surprise, they did! While waiting, Sean let me know they were working on my bike and that at 11:00 the The Holy City Brewery (which was the adjacent building) served a great lunch. I was hungry around 1130 so I tried it out, indeed they had a great lunch. After I returned and during my follow-on conversation with Sean he noted that during the recall service not all the brake fluid would be replaced. Specifically, the fluid in the right front caliber, as it was not part of the recall. (HONDA really went cheap). So, for about $30 and 5 minutes of extra work they did a complete brake fluid flush while replacing the brakes' secondary master cylinder. The technician did a great job and he took some time to speak to me about the bike and replacement process. The whole service took about 4 hours. The 70 mile ride home was as pleasant as could be considering the outside temp fluctuated between 99 and 100 degrees. Okay, that's my review, hope it will be helpful to someone. Based on my experience, I would recommend their service department. I have no comment about sales, but thought their showroom was clean and they had some nice looking bikes in it.

Bought a Ducati 848 from these guys last year. Put down a deposit over the phone, and asked a few questions about the bike. The salesperson was eager to take my deposit before answering anything. I was told the bike was never laid down, fully maintained and otherwise in good condition. Picked up the bike and found that it had a lot of aftermarket parts that were not mentioned, but I could live with that. The salesperson said I could come by and pick up all the stock parts when the previous owner got back into town. I called several times and never got a response as to where the original parts are. Moving foreword, I took the bike home and the maintenance light went on. This "fully maintained" bike had never received its first service. I took the bike in for service at my local shop. During the service we found that the bike had been previously laid down, several times. Found many missing bolts, wire ties, and poor workmanship to cover up the damage. I contacted them about these underlying issues, and never received any kind of response. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or maintain a bike. I drive an extra 3 hours to Jacksonville, FL just because of the sleazy experience I received here. Stay Away!!

Bought my last Ducati bike here. Harry was super helpful, staff was nice love the bike! Only bad thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is their poor follow through. A few times for service or parts, either my bike was ready or h part was in but they did not call. I called them, left message for service guy who was off that day, never got call back. It's like Hey, I want my frigging bike, I've called twice, this is my third call and you say it was ready LAST WEEK? Missed a good ride going up to Deals Gap over that one.
