My sister recommended Flawless Auto to me when I was having a tire emergency. They had to replace all 4 tires, and did so in a span of 3 hours + an oil change. The price was THE BEST DEAL I COULD HAVE GOTTEN. Jerry and his staff we BEYOND kind and very welcoming. I even had a great little interaction with a very kind patron who also assured me this was the best place to go (and I didn't even ask). Their reputation precedes them - honest, fair, affordable, and a pleasure to be around. In addition, the garage is nestled in a perfect location within walking distance to Bagels With, Starbucks, Five Guys, Planet Juice, etc etc. There is plenty for you to do while you wait for your car to be serviced.

I have been taking my 2005 Volvo to Flawless for a variety of repairs for over a year now. Each time I have received outstanding service from Jerry and Sheila and Skip. They are patient in listening to my explanations of the issues. But more importantly, they are so fair. I know this because I had gotten an estimate on a repair and they were $200 less. Additionally, I just had an alternator problem in which the new alternator wouldn't fit correctly in my Volvo and so they totally cleaned refurbished the old one and saved me $300. They could have gone to Volvo for a new one and made some extra money on me, BUT THEY DIDN'T. I highly recommend this repair shop. They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Previously had a 5 star review on here for Affordable Auto due to two great experiences there. This last one (or several actually) wipes all of that out. Last month I brought my Vw Touareg in to get a oil plug rethreaded and an oil change. While they were working on that they called and told me I needed to have new struts put in the front of my car. No problem, I gave them approval to do it. I came picked up my car, paid my $780 bill and left. The next day I noticed an oil leak under my car. No big deal, figured I would take it back and they would resolve. When I did, they said I needed to have a oil pan replaced and that would fix the problem. Sounded reasonable to me, so they did that. I came and got my car and scheduled to have a window that would not go down fixed as well. I took the car home, and the next morning, it was still leaking. When I took the car back to have the window fixed, I asked them to look at the leak, they said they would, they also told me I needed a new window motor. Ok, no problem, order it and put it in. Motor arrived and that did not solve the problem. They also were still unable to fix my oil leak. They now told me there was a switch that needed to be replaced in the door that operated the window, ok, no problem, I paid another $400 to have that ordered and replaced. The part comes in and I take my car back, they replace the switch, but call and tell me that they damaged another switch and that I would need to bring the car back again to have that switched out. Please note, that they still were unable to stop my engine from leaking oil, they slowed it, but its still leaking. I brought the car back again, and they replaced the switch that they broke, but yet again, the window still would not go up. I told the manager I wanted my car fixed or some sort of refund since I have now paid more than $1,600 to have struts replaced, my window fixed, and the oil issue resolved and they were not able to do the last two, although I was charged for it. I agreed to let them have one more try at fixing it, so I dropped my car off and rented one to get to work that day. I came to pick my car up after they told me everything was finally fixed, and as with each of the other times, it was still leaking oil and the window would not go up. At this point I was tired of them not fixing the problem and I asked for a refund for the services they could not resolve. The manager agreed, but said he wanted to wait to speak with the owner first, and would reach out to me on Monday (this was on a Friday). Wednesday comes and I dont hear a word. I finally got a hold of the manager who indicated that the owner would not allow any refund. I tried to call the owner, Nick, but he would not take my call. To be honest, I dont even want a refund, I just want my car to not leak oil and I want my window to go up. I can look past the hassle that this whole ordeal was, if they would just fix the problem. Instead they are not offering a refund, and the owner wont return a call. I held this shop in high regard and used them several times before, but the way the owner handled this situation blows me away. Now I am going to have to dispute the charges on my credit card instead of resolving it amicably with the owner like adults. In 20 years of having a credit card, I have never disputed a charge. Affordable Auto changed that.

As a woman taking your car in for repairs is frightening. I've been to so many car repair shops in the past that have either 1) ignored me and waited on every male around me or 2) tried to fix something that wasn't broken.
I ABSOLUTELY love this place. Bill is the best. He talks to me not at me. He shows me exactly what is wrong with the car. And he really exemplifies their honesty and integrity statement... I had already paid for my repairs and picked up my car after hours. In my car I found a note saying that he fixed my car for less than expected and $160 !
Please take your car to Affordable. You'll be so glad you did.

Bill made my day! A few months back I went in and I was quoted $400 for something that was going clunk clunk clunk in the front of my vehicle. It wasn't an emergency at the time, so I waited to do something about it. After a while ..of course.. it gets worse because nothing on a car really corrects itself. They had done such a great job last time, I wanted to try them again. After leaving I remembered I also needed an oil change and I was hoping to get my car fixed by the end of the day. (Note, I went in around 2 o'clock.) So I called a few blocks away they said they take care of it I'm on a tight budget and I let them know that I really couldn't pay more than 400 dollars, and to keep it as close to that as they possibly could. Now given I am a woman and I could just as easily be charged for "blinker fluid" as a boyfriend of mine used to say or my goodness I would totally believe that pistons ran on pixie dust ..it's true... they do right? They had my car fixed, oil changed, within the same day. To the tune of 100+ UNDER the quoted cost. They have earned my trust, offer happy customer service, and definitely put AFFORDABLE into Affordable Auto and Tire Center. Thanks guys.. you have restored my faith in humanity. Kindness matters :)
