The most honest shop I have ever been to. The final price was less than the original quote because labor didn't take them as long as they anticipated. Honestly, I would have not known the difference, but because they told me, I saved money. Great SHOP!!!

I was sent here by a friend that had luck with them. AAA towed the car over after the power steering was very hard to turn one day. They gave me a straightforward cost for the repair and the bill didnt have any extra costs. They gave me an accurate quote and stuck to it. I have found other shops have charged me for several little things that were necessary, according to them. I got the quality repair I came for and I will recommend the me to others.

Took three cars in here for prepurchase inspection. They immediately found issues with the first two, came out to tell me so we wouldn't waste time and money. Third one took longer because it actually passed, but they still didn't waste any time on it. Highly recommend this place if you have or are looking at a Honda or Subaru (and probably anything else, but can't comment personally).

We started using Dennis Hall's Auto Service in 2005. There is no one we trust to work on our vehicles more. We have ALWAYS found everyone to be friendly, courteous, caring, honest and respectful. We have always been completely satisfied with their work! We know we can always trust them to be straightforward about the repairs needed and let us know about repairs that might need future attention and nothing more! As a woman whose husband travels a great deal, that means so much to know I am going to be treated honestly and fairly. If it's not worth putting the money into an older car... They will tell you but still leave the decisions up to you! Never any pressure. Thank you Dennis Hall and staff for all you do!

My car broke down on the road and I was towed into Knoxville, TN. I looked on Google+ for a reliable repair shop for my Nissan Pathfinder and found these reviews. These people are qualified and honest. The communication was excellent and they went out of their way to repair the vehicle for as little money as possible, while making sure it was properly repaired and safe. I definitely recommend this business.

I recently had my transmission replaced by them and could not be happier about my experience. Spending a large amount of money on your car is never pleasant & it's also very nerve racking, for me anyways, but these guys put my mind right at ease. I never felt uncomfortable and they explained everything perfectly. Their customer service is ON POINT!

I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years. These guys rock! Always professional and would rather tell you to sell the car than keep putting money into it. They replaced a radiator in my truck less than a year ago. It failed recently and left me stranded about 128 miles from home. I replaced it where I was stranded and when I got back to town they refunded my money before they get reimbursed from their supplier. They took care of me before they were taken care of, now thats customer service. They also provided me with a loner car when the repairs could not be done because parts were not available in a timely fashion. Overall a honest hard working shop.

I've gone to Dennis Hall for several years with my 2001 Accord. The thing I like best is the good advice with no pressure. I've never felt misled or that I've paid for something I didn't really need. Once, they told me out right that I didn't need a service that I'd asked for. How many places do that?
