Excellent Car Care

Diane B- I would like to share my experience with Henderson Car Care. Their customer service is fantastic, any questions you may have about your vehicle are answered, they do excellent work, and prices are reasonable. I've been a customer since 2011 and I'm always pleased with the work done on my vehicle. I would recommend Hendersons Car Care Center for all of your vehicle needs.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE I TOOK MY CAR HERE WITHIN 2 WEEKS I DON'T HAVE A CAR IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE RADIATOR REPLACEMENT NOW MY WHOLE ENGINE LOCKED UP AS SOON AS HE BROUGHT ME MY CAR IT WAS SHAKING I ASKED HIM WHAT WAS WRONG HE SAID IT WAS "NORMAL" THAT WAS A LIE MY CAR WASN'T DOING THAT WHEN I TOOK IT TO HIM THEN MY CAR JUST SHUT DOWN RIGHT THERE HIM AND HIS WIFE WAS LEAVING FOR THE DAY SO HE TOLD ME "NOT MY PROBLEM" AND GOT IN HIS CAR AND LEFT I WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE I JUST PAID $145 TO GET MY RADIATOR REPLACED AND MY CAR JUST SHUT DOWN DIDN'T EVEN GET TO DRIVE IT BUT I CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THIS ISN'T RIGHT AND I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THEN YOU CAME WITH PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST

I was absolutely impressed with the diagnostic and repair skills of this company. On the two separate occasions (not counting oil changes) they were absolutely on target with the problem,price estimate and repair time. On the 2nd occasion, they drove me back home. I had a minor glitch in having brakes done. When I returned , they repaired it immediately at no charge. I recommend this company to anyone needing service and repair.

Don't go here. They overpriced me big time on an air conditioner repair, upwards of a thousand dollars after two times going there and they still didn't get it right. I don't understand how a place can charge you for labor and they're out having a smoke everytime I go there to pick it up and it's not done. Great place to get swindled.

I took my car there a couple of times and each time the "fix" it, I have more problems. Had to take to a different shop to have same repair fixed due to wrong parts and poor repair. Stay away if you do not want to be over charged and go without car since they never fixed.

Did an okay job the first time we went to them but was kinda overpriced. Had to take it back a few days later because something came loose they "fixed." A few weeks later, I started having AC problems with my other vehicle and they immediately said it was the compressor which needed to be replaced and would cost $750. We took it to another (honest) mechanic and he fixed the problem (which was not the compressor) for only $128. I'd go somewhere else if you are considering this place.
