Friendly, honest, reasonable prices, and good job on the work. Richard is the most helpful person I ever met. He work above and beyond to get what customer need and he is very knowledgeable. I definitely would recommended to anyone.

I took my 2006 325i in for a battery problem wherein the car wouldn't start without a jump, for which BMC charged me $100 for a diagnostic. I figured I'd try BMC based on reviews here, and because I'm not hugely price sensitive, the $100 wasn't a big deal. However, after running the diagnostic, they recommended a new battery at a cost of $515, literally $200 more than competing shops within a quarter mile of their site. That left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of my car's condition--not a good feeling. For that, I would've given them an average rating... However, then I looked in my trunk to see if the BMC techs had done anything to the battery. While I was doing my own checking before taking the car to the shop, I had removed the trunk's battery cover (the cloth/felt part of the car that sits atop the battery) and removed the arm that keeps the battery in place. It turns out that BMC didn't bother to even physically look at the battery, or if they did, they didn't bother putting the arm or the battery cover back in place--they were both rolling around in the trunk freely. For $100, they didn't even bother to visually inspect the battery itself, or at least didn't bother to put things back in place. I don't know what kind of shop doesn't bother to look at the source of the problem, but it's not one I'll go to again. Try Viking Automotive down the street for way better prices and service that actually fixes issues rather than recommending outrageously priced services.

I was in a bind on a 90 degree hot day with my ac blowing hot air and these guys took care of the problem in under an hour. The facility was clean and the waiting area had cool ac. Very professional and upfront. Loving the cold ac in my car!

I discovered Chai and BMC Automotive a few years back while searching for a BMW mechanic to fix an oil leak another shop was unable to complete. BMC was knowledgable, immediately solved the issue, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and Chai even let me use his car overnight.
I'm on my second BMW and Chai and his team are still my go-to mechanics. They're honest, extremely knowledgable, and great to work with.
Highly recommended.

I took my BMW to have work done. A day later they told me I needed much more work done and that they would need approximately 4 or 5 days to complete everything.
After contemplating the estimate, which was several thousand dollars, I decided I would try to have the repairs done elsewhere; suddenly what was supposed to take 5 days was magically done that morning.
They charged MSRP for BMW Parts (even BMW dealers only show those prices so it looks like their actual price is a discount). It's doubtful they even used genuine BMW parts.
Also, I believe some of what they "repaired" was probably not in actual need of replacement, but more in the "while we're in there, let's replace stuff that *might* go bad" category.
All-in-all, I wish I had just gone to a BMW dealer; I got charged the same (or more) than if I had. I would never go back to these rip-off artists again. BEWARE

BMC is the absolute best, hands down. We have taken all of our cars here over the years and continue to. They are the most helpful and reliable for BMW maintenance, care and repairs and are much cheaper and nicer than the dealership. Chai and Richard are absolutely awesome at their job and are great to speak with. We will not take our cars anywhere else.

Great service. Took my BMW in for a new starter. The mechanics are great and explained to me all my options.Service was done fast and on time. I would recommend BMC to service BMWs to all my friends.

Came back from a longish trip overseas to find that my beamer had been leaking water all the time while I had been gone, and had now settled in a nice pool in the back passenger seat carpet. Add to that, the polar vortex, entirely killed by battery, and beamer refused to start. They did a through leak test to see where the water was coming in, and ended up fixing sun roof - prices are reasonable, no complaints. Thanks again..
