Fair price. Honest work. If his phone rings all day, it's because he is that good of a mechanic. Took my van, my husband's truck, and my daughter's car. All three experiences were excellent.

The first red flag was when I was on the phone with Mr. Flannagan and another line was ringing. I asked if he wanted me to hold on so he could get that and he said, "No, it will be like that all day". The second red flag was when I walked in and saw dozens of keys just laying on the desk.
When I left my car Mr. Flannagan said he would call me around lunch to let me know what the diagnostic machine said was wrong with my car. I never got a phone call and when I finally called him around 2:20PM he answered the phone with, "Flannagan's, please hold". I hung up and drove to the location and my car was sitting the the same place I left it. He hadn't even bothered to look at it all day. He was outside chatting with someone and I asked him if he had checked my car and he said he may have someone who could look at it later that day.
I left with my car and will never be going back.
