Bad experiences!

I've had 11 different cars in 25 years and not had such bad service/quality control of a car repair shop - ever. After 3 years of ownership my Jaguar XK8 turned into a lemon - which is NOT their fault, and I had to have major repairs done…

Have a Jaguar X-Type that required 50K checkup. Overseas folks provided this service and brake disc repair quickly and for a very reasonable price - half that of the Jaguar dealers.

I so wish Rob had not moved his business out to Sterling from Falls Church - Rob is honest, has reasonable prices and knows what he's doing. He runs a no frills shop and gets the job done. He always tells things to you straight. I can't say enough about how much I trust this guy... And that means a lot when it comes to auto repairs for a single woman.
