I use HC Automotive fairly regularly. The times when I had an urgent issue with my vehicle, they always did thrir best to get me worked in. Due to the extensive knowledge the have gsined over the years, they've always been able to fix it right the first time. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired or serviced properly.

My mom stopped by their shop today because her car has been shaking for awhile. She has been very busy lately and due to her schedule and her never ending bills she hasnt really had the time or money to stop by a mechanic to see what was wrong. She is a Grandmother of four and she has one on the way. I am a Single mom to a 3 year old boy and my mom is a lifesaver. She helps me out so much by watching my son, and with rides to get diapers and grocerys since I had lost my car on Maternity leave.Today it was inevitable that she had to stop because it was getting much worse. It turned out they were supposed to be closed two hours prior to her pulling up but the guys found the time away from their lives and their family to help her out anyways. Her tire was split open on the inside of the tire suprisingly it hadn"t blowen yet. With the weather lately were so greatful it hadnt. Two handsom men helped my mom and I dont want to even think about what could have happened. Those guys are Angels and they"ve helped us out more than they know. Weve been trying to do the best we can since my Dad passed right before my son was born and its people like them that the world need more of. Honest people with a big heart.

This place is great. They determined that my car's problem was bad tires and helped me find a nearby store to buy replacements. They did not even charge me for the diagnosis. I recommend them!

I would definitely come back!! Awesome customer service and even when dead tired from working on cars all day they still smiled when I walked into their shop hours after they should have already been home with their families. Thank you guys!!

We were passing thru the area on the highway and blew a hole in our radiator on Friday night at 5:00. Our tow truck driver recommended coming here and called ahead to make sure they could wait for us! We are so glad he did! Very friendly and patient with all of our questions! Excellent service with no complaints or up charge for being so late on a Friday night. The owner said he would want someone to do it for his family traveling, so he is always sure to do the same! Awesome service! By 8:00 we were back on the road! Can not say enough about them! Hendersonville has a real gem here!

BEST MECHANIC IN TOWN. Ragu (the owner) completely saved me and my car in a matter of one day. For the past month I have been having car trouble at a different mechanic across town, and it seemed like not only was my car not getting fixed but it was getting worse. So I got a referral to Henderson County Automotive and called Ragu at 9:30 AM in desperate need of a repair, he told me to come right in. Even though I did not have an appointment and my car was going to take all day he promised to take care of me. He got the full warranty repair back on my car so it cost me $0 and he bought me lunch and let me use his wifi while I waited in the office. I also got to see how he treated the rest of his clients while I sat in the office all day, and every person that came in seemed like family. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in town.

I have always had fantastic service. I like a mechanic that will take you out to the car and show you the issue. I have recommended all of my friends there and they love it as well. Now if he would just sell me that cutlass in the garage...lol
