Queensbury location. They where good at updates. They had my van almost month!!!!!! I had to pay out pocket for a rental. Van was suppose to be ready the 4th of August then the 15th of August and finally was able to get my van back on the 16th. With that being sad I was at a thousand for rental. My hood on my van has a dent and there bubbles of the clear coat. There a piece inside the van the clip is broke. After a damn a month and my van looks like this???? Not happy at all. I had to take it back to have the air conditioner fixed. Not happy and will not be recommended them. Will contact Geico. Because I noticed thing you said in paper was change and that was not change and still charge my insurance company.

Just got my car back a day earlier than promised from the Clifton Park store, and it is perfect. Can't even tell anything ever happened to the car, and it was immaculate. They detailed it for me as well. It was a completely smooth experience from start to finish, even with the rental. I was never inconvenienced for a second. They kept in touch with me the whole time while they were working on the car to let me know how it was going. Nice job, guys! Thanks for caring about customer satisfaction when so many businesses today don't!

I am very pleased with H & V in the Albany/Colonie shop! I dealt with Jimmy and Ricky and they were very good, kind, & courteous and met all my needs and my vehicle came out great!! I'd recommend this collision center for body work! It was a pleasure working with everyone there!!

Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy. I was told they hadn't lifted the hood or finished the estimate so I went to take my car for a second opinion somewhere else. Was then told that they had lifted the hood and removed the lights to complete the estimate so I couldn't drive the car. It became Very obvious that they wanted my car for parts and wanted me to settle out calling it totaled, for a low price I might add. When I asked about an estimate to fix the car without insurance I was told it would actually cost a decent amount more to do it that way, unlike any other garage on the planet. They very clearly have some back room deals with the insurance companies.

Truly the best ever! Had many issues with my car from the dealership I purchased it from. H&V went above and beyond their call to help me in so many ways. Nothing went right from the start. No loaner vehicles available for more than a week. H&V was not able to provide a ride home despite website stating that a ride would be available. While not H&V's fault, Enterprise Rental Car had no vehicles available until the next day which forced my wife to leave work to pick me up. Horrible, avoid this place! I had some bodywork done a few weeks ago at the Saratoga Springs H&V. The bodywork involved replacing the bumper and fixing some dents in the fender. We are now on our first road trip since the bodywork was done and the plastic undercarriage of the bumper just FLEW OFF as we traveled on the highway, denting the fender that they just repaired as the plastic piece banged against the vehicle! Now I will have to bring it back to have them fix this. They did a really shoddy job and I cannot recommend them at all.

(Kingston Office) Communication is terrible. Their business model is predicated on creating relationships with insurance companies over customers and it shows. 16 hour job (by their own estimate) took a total of 15 days. Customer service is simply terrible. When I picked up the car I was told that the cost exceeded their estimate because they had "revised" the estimate after the repair work had begun. From the very beginning, the managers and staff at H & V were evasive and unresponsive. When we did finally talk to them, they were simply rude. Communication and customer service were absolutely terrible.

Worst shop in Kingston I was adevices to go to . I had en accident where someone dented my door and my front wheels, I was told by Allstate to take my car there and I did , that was the only problem my car had , when I was told to pick it up , on December 24th at 12pm my car came back with the ABS light on and the door not even fixed all the way because there was air coming in when I went on the highway . I will absolutely let everyone know the poor costumer service that was provided to me , and poor job done on my car . Instead of getting fixed it was messed even more than it was . I wish I could give 0 stars but that doesn't seem to be an option

Sadly I'm a repeat customer but I have to say it again--- you guys are the BEST!! From drop off to pick up, everyone was pleasant, I knew exactly what was happening, and it all got done earlier than anticipated. Service and communication like you provide at H&V is tough to come by in this day and age but you consistently nail it. THANK YOU for making an unpleasant situation a pleasant experience!!

If there were negative stars I would rate it 5! I had very bad experience here. First, it took a week for them to just get the appraisal send to the insurance company. It was unbelievable. I got another appraisal on the spot. Second, it took them two weeks to do the repair that another shop said would be done in three days. Third, and the worst, is that they lost my license plate and I had to went to DMV to replace my plates at a cost after the repair. If were not sent by the insurance company, I would have not gone to H&V in the first place. My experience this time proves that my instincts were correct. Do not go to H&V

As for a body shop they are fine, but they always mess up the electronics, after getting the car today after 5 days in repairs, the car tail lamps act funny, blinking break lights,my rear view camera turns on every now and then, also the cruise control aint working. I will be returning the car tomorrow for a thorough check on their dime! The last time i used their service was 2 years ago, and the remote start got busted

I had never been involved in an accident, and I had my concerns with going to the Geico recommended body shop as far as what the expense and turnaround would be at a busy branch. I had a great experience from the moment I showed up at the collision center. Not only did the body shop mechanic come out with the Geico adjuster to introduce himself, they took my car in the same morning to appraise the damage. They ordered the parts the following day, and when I asked them to please make an extra effort to expedite their work because I was paying out of pocket for my rental, the manager of the branch took a personal understanding and did just that: getting my car back to me in a total of 3 days. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful, the work done to my car was extraordinary, and their liftetime warranty gives all the extra assurance one could need. I would highly recommend this H&V location for any body work in the future.

Had a great experience working with H&V Collision as part of the Geico Express service. I tore a hole in the side of my car spanning the right back passenger door and back panel. Geico recommended using their express service with H&V Collision as one of their providers. The repairs were completed 4 days ahead of schedule and the work was done perfectly. I can't really comment on pricing since I was only concerned about paying the deductible. I'd imagine there are cheaper places to go if you're paying out of pocket.
It's hard to separate out their service from Geico and Enterprise. The value is really added by all of them working together seamlessly so that I was able to get in and out of there within 20 minutes of dropping off my car, and had no problem returning my rental and getting on with my life.

Even though getting your car repaired is an inconvenience, H&V made it as painless as possible. They were quick and really did a great job. I was worried about what my car would look like after it was done, and it honestly looked brand new. One of the managers named Ricky was very nice and extremely helpful. If you need body work done on your car I would highly suggest H&V.

Absolutely wonderful customer service and excellent quality of work!
Repairs were made in a very timely manner. All the staff were exceptionally courteous & helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done.
In addition to the great work in repairing my VW SUV, I was also extremely pleased with the detailing job they completed before I picked up my vehicle -- it looked brand new, inside & out!

We have had 2 experiences with having our cars repaired here. Both times the repairs were delayed for lengthy periods of time with no explanation for the delay. The second time the repair time was the worst , 2 full weeks when we had been told 4-5 days. This was very inconvenient for our family and should not have happened. We will not return.
