Just got a 2016 Chevy 3/4 ton in the spring came out last week to go to work with a dent in my hood!!! Was very upset stopped over to Rotellas and chatted with Casey for a bit he says you no mike we can try the "PDR" I can't make promises with it being on a body line and the hood being aluminum! If it doesn't work will have to go through with the claim. I dropped it off last night they open at 8am he called me at 11:18am and said what dent? With in 3 hours he had a dent less 3/4 ton in the lot! Big thanks to Casey on the hook up and I can't forget my man Jimmy behind the counter! Thanks a ton fellas

We have been going to Tony Rotellas four years for our auto body work. Recently we had to have our rear tailgate repaired on our Chrystler T&C. The camera and proximity sensors went because Chrysler never considers the corrosive chemicals used on the roads in Upstate NY. They went beyond and replaced the rotted harness! There was also some minor re-work that had to be re-done then they went above and beyond and even took care of another rust spot! They cleaned the car inside and out, gave me a loaner for the duration of the extra work. I cannot say THANK YOU enough!

Beware he quoted me for new box side and cab corners, his idea of new is using bondo! Then when i called him out on it he vandalized my truck by putting dent and scratches in spots that where never touched !! BEWARE

You guys rock, everyone there are awesome. Plow department got me in same day for a new plow, in just a few short hours, was expecting a lot longer. These guys don't charge an extra $200 to remove old frame like every other plow shop. Best customer service and price. Thank you to everyone there.

Terrible service. Quoted 5 days to replace front bumper skin and a hood with a repaint of the front end. its now 8 Business days and still no car. They painted a hood and had the car ready fully ready to go and then noticed the hood had "imperfections" and had to order another hood and completely repaint it. Just Pathetic.
