I was recently in the Syracuse area and hit a patch of black ice. My car was a mess... I am not from the area so I checked yelp for a recommendation to see who was going to put my car back together. I decided to bring it to Federico's Auto Body. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was extremely attentive and super friendly. They explained the process and even helped me deal with my insurance company. They understood I was just visiting and the work was completed very quickly. When they were done it looked better than it did before the accident. I have been burnt before when dealing with car repairs so finding a place I can trust is priceless to me. I just wish this place was open in Boston!

This Business did a awesome job on my car's body repair's and helped me save a large amount of money because I did not have Gap insurance to cover my brand new car that was in auto accident on February 19th 2016 . There was a great deal of front end damage done to the car. My car looks and run's like brand new. All of the staff were very professional and helpful and did a superb job in every aspect of all repairs.

My car needed extensive body work repair in preparation of being traded in; I wanted it to look like new. Federico's provided a quote and the car was worked on for 5 days. When I picked the car up there was alot of damage left unrepaired. Federico's said they didn't include certain repairs since it would cost too much. They knew I was preparing the car for trade-in; who are they to decide not to repair something because it would cost too much? That is my decision. Then, they wanted to attribute everything to a "lack of communication". So, I now have to go elsewhere to have the job completed because there is no way I will let Federico's ever touch my vehicle again.

I recently took my car to Federico's Auto Body knowing they're the #1 choice of my friends and family for repairs. I was not disappointed. My car was in perfect condition (even on the interior!) when I picked it up, the office staff people extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. I will certainly take my car back to Federico's for any repairs I have in the future, and can't say enough about their high level of service across the board!

My parents have been going to Federico's whenever needed ever since they moved to Syracuse almost 30 years ago. When I got rear-ended, I chose to wait until I was home over the holidays to have it fixed by Federico's. When I mentioned that I was only home for a short time, Shorty secured an appointment first thing Monday morning, and my car was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Federico's does great work and goes out of their way for their customers!
