John is awesome! He answered our call on a day off and met us at our location to give us estimate on our car damage. He clearly explained what the problem was (alkaline leak from a pipe) and gave us a written quote right on the spot. We will return in a few days to have him fix the problem after our apartment gives us the money.

John is a really nice guy who just happens to also be an honest, highly skilled auto body/paint artist that takes great pride in his work. He even made a "house call" to give me an estimate and told me it wasn't as bad/expensive as I thought. Where else are you going to get that kind of service these days?! PS: Note that Google Maps lists his new/correct address, but gives the wrong directions to his old address.

John is honest and a great detail guy, nothing gets past him, meticulous and a better value than other body shops in the area. Don't be fooled by the location or shop, JT gets it done beautifully and on time as promised! I've taken my BMWs there for small jobs and larger work, and everytime JT has exceeded my expectations. A shop you CAN Trust.

We now have a newish Mercedes and managed to scrape one side over both wheel areas. Not a large amount of damage but enough to want to redo. We talked to John about touching up the areas but he said it would not look good and that even spray painting just those areas only without doing the whole side would be difficult. Well it turned out perfectly and we cannot see where the new paint started or finished. He is very skillful and I love the fact that we speak to the person doing the work. We have referred several friends in Cleveland Park to him and they were equally satisfied.

I have used this company twice although not recently and other family members have used it as well including a very recent experience. Obviously I would not have referred my family if I was not satisfied. It is not so common in the dealings with auto repair industry that you leave feeling you were charged fairly and were also happy with the service. But that has been the case every time one of us has used John. Highest recommendation for this company
