never go there, crappy service, sloppy job

A year and a half ago my fianc and I were in an accident and I told my fianc he should go to Jeffs because my family always had a great experience. I regret my recommendation and now suggest staying away from them. They made our truck worse after over TWO MONTHS of it being in the shop. It was supposed to take no more than three weeks. We're still finding things they didn't do correctly a year later. We refuse to go back and not have our truck gone again for a long period of time.

Was recently in an accident and had my car repaired at Jeff's. I looked at other shops at the recommendation of the at-fault driver's insurance company, but since I'm a car fanatic and didn't like the work at those shops... bottom line--I chose Jeff's. The staff was courteous and helpful along the way, but I was surprised that I couldn't seem to receive email updates to my Gmail address from them. No worries, though, as my phone calls were answered immediately, and the claims handler was more than willing to talk me through all the work. My rear bumper and associated fasteners were all replaced and it now looks "good as new." Hopefully never have to use their services again, but would happily recommend them to anyone in need of repair!

Whenever i have any damage to one of my cars or my families cars i take it to Jeffs Body Shop. Theresa is very easy to talk to and keeps you updated on the status of your car. They do great work and have great painters as well. Everyone is warm welcoming and very helpful. They are very reliable and even if you know nothing about cars or trucks they are there to help you understand what they will be doing. I will continue to take my cars there and reference them to all my coworkers and friends.

I just picked up my 2006 Cadillac that had massive rear end damage, the car was in shop for 2 weeks and looks great, Mike my estimator did a great job keeping me informed. Ted the manager of the shop made sure my car was clean and he quality inspected my car. Great place to do business.

This is a family business...that is, they care for you and your car like family! My wife's collectable Volvo was almost technically totalled by the adjuster before we appealed after discussing potential repair with Manager Ted and his crew. Not only did they "save" her baby, we defy anyone to tell the repaired area from the rest of the car. It took a couple of weeks but we received regular updates on progress to ease our apprehension. At pickup, the entire car was detailed and presented as one would have expected for a new car--not a 12-yr old from Sweden. Epilogue:
Now two years later, returned for a tailight replacement caused by a parking lot Walmartian. Despite our appointment falling just before Blizzard2016, they kept our car protected and had it once again detailed and ready for pickup when we were. Big thanks and appreciation to Ted, Jane, Mike, Heather, Ike and the shop crew too numerous to recall.

I will never go to this repair shop again. My car was delivered to be repaired on may 26. They told me it will be a 2 week repair. It is now June 25. I've called every week and they say it'll be ready Friday or Monday and that went on for 3 weeks. Now imagine how much a rental car cost for a whole month....

Had Jeffs pull the front end of my truck which the previous owner had damaged. They were able to get it near perfect for a very fair cost, and were extremely good to work with. I have since sent many friends and family members here and they have not been disappointed. You never hope to need a good body shop but it is great having a quality trustworthy shop to deal with.

Jeff's Body Shop does fantastic work! I was rear ended by a SUV and was pushed into the car in front of me. Jeff's replaced the front and the rear bumper, and the rear hatch. The paint match was perfect, the car looked like new. The team at Jeff's went out of their way to source OEM parts to ensure repair quality. Jeff's also painted side skirts for my other car and did a fantastic job once again.
I highly recommend Jeff's Body Shop.

I would highly recommend this shop if your looking to get body work done to your car. I believe Chris and Will were the two people I dealt with here. I truly appreciated their customer service. My car had more hidden damage than the insurance company initially paid me for. They were quick to call me up and let me know my car would be out of commission longer than originally thought. This really helped me plan out the next 2 weeks with having a rental car. Note: They do not take personal checks, bring cash or a credit card.
